I've been getting BBQ Chicken for years, but this location sucks. I have always gotten the spicy galbi and unless they just recently changed the recipe, it tastes nothing like it did before. It tastes significantly more tomatoey and spicy and was bright orange in color. Spicy galbi flavor used to be a brownish color. When we told the staff that the wings aren't the flavor we ordered, they looked at it and told us we were wrong??? If you make changes to your recipe, you could at least announce it or just get rid of the flavor all together and make a new one.... whats the point of having the same name if it taste nothing like it used to ?

Don't you feel heartbroken when your food arrives and you get ripped off? Here you go, this is how to rip off the customer to maximize profits. You cut a whole thigh into thirds, batter them real good and serve them as a piece. So, when you buy 8 pieces you're probably getting 2.5 thighs with extra batter. Im never returning here, to a consumer its a spit in the face.

Do I recommend this place?? I'd be crazy not to! Been ordering takeout here for my Korean style fried chicken cravings for forever now and I appreciate how it's always prepared before the time stated. Seasoned to perfection and consistent with any other branch. That delightful crunchy bite after you open their carefully crafted packaging--this is what Korean-drama-on-the-couch Saturdays are made of.

There was too little seasoning sauce, it felt like a little bit of sauce was sprinkled on the chicken. The drumsticks are made from old chicken. The batter is also dry. It's so different from the Cypress store. I won't go there again. The lid didn't close well, so I left.

I've been a fan of their kimchi fried rice for years and haven't ordered from them in at least a year, and after tonight, will not be ordering again. I'm pretty bummed out, but mostly confused; why did they change the recipe? Before, it was just the kimchi fried rice, bits of kimchi, and some green onions with an egg. It was perfect and I remember it being popular as it was then. Now they've added bell peppers and chicken. They chicken I don't mind, but the bell peppers make it horrible. Kimchi and bell peppers both have a strong taste, so they fight each other here. I normally don't write reviews but I just don't get why they changed the recipe when it was perfect before. (P.s, the picture was taken after I had picked out a significant amount of bell peppers).

My friend ordered wings and kimchi fried rice for our NYE get together. As I was eating the fried rice, I bit down and cut my mouth. I found a huge piece of sharp plastic in my kimchi fried rice!!!!!NOT OKAY.

Ordered and paid online and called in within seconds to request to make food at a later time like 2 hours so I can pickup that time. They called me 20 minutes later and said my order is ready and I have to come to pickup. I said I did called in but they denied it.

I ordered the spiciest chicken menu in the restaurant. I was very impressed. It was delicious and very spicy. The uncle who took my order provided very good service and I really liked the food. I liked it because I had been to other branches and it wasn't as satisfying as this branch.

It is a small shop located in the corner of the Cerritos plaza, but it has amazing wings. I always get some whenever my family is in town! Our go to order is the bone in honey garlic, soy garlic and spicy galbi. We always do take out,but the wings always maintain their crispiness! The only downside is that the wings are on the pricier side, but it is well worth it.

We tried the half and half bone in original and secret sauce chicken wings with a side of sweet potato fries. We were about to add pickled radish, but the cashier shared that it comes with the meal. The chicken arrived piping hot along with the sweet potato fries that were crispy and delicious. The original chicken was just ok. Although crispy, it was lacking in flavor. Seasoning was definitely needed. Also not a fan of the secret sauce that was too sweet and messy for me. A free soda is offered at check in. However, the drink selection was not great and I passed on getting a soda. It appears they will offer more soon. Service was good along with the fries. I just wasn't a fan of the chicken.

I know what you're thinking... bb.q Chicken- could they have been any more creative with the name? All sarcasm aside, the food here is stupidly good! The wings have the lightest, most delicate and flavorful crunch on the outside with juicy hot chicken on the inside. The tteoboki was flavorful and full of delicious bits of cabbage and onion. The staff were courteous and friendly, the tables were so clean that I could smell the faboluloso on them. For having such a boring name, they sure do make up for it everywhere else!

Ordered a 10 pc of spicy gal I wings. They are delicious crispy wings. I will be back soon. They are jam packed with flavor. I been looking for wings like this for a while. Delicious delicious delicious! Update: I recently had the pleasure of trying BBQ chicken again and the Galbi wings flavor was truly exceptional, with a perfect blend of tenderness that left me craving more. The parking situation was quite manageable, which is always a plus, and stepping inside, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the dining area. If you're looking for a delectable BBQ chicken experience in a welcoming environment, this place should be at the top of your list!Customer service was fantastic

Their wings are the best wings out there undeniable!! The honey garlic wings are so crispy and juicy. The pickled radish tastes always fresh.We are for sure fans of the Rosé Tteokbokki.The place is always clean and the service is always impeccable. The atmosphere is not as loud as other locations I've been to but it's nice, they always have kids' movies playing from a projector which is pretty cool.
