Our experience at BJ's was great. The Pazookie Meal Deal is a steal. Our server Amanda was fantastic as well, and offered speedy service
I came to have dinner for my sons bday and the server told us there was a 30 min wait but we could go to the bar it didn’t make sense that we could be serve on the bar but not the regular area we came with kids not an area for kids. I asked Miah and she was very nice and went out of her way to help us and we were seated within 3 minutes. Appreciate Miah.

Ee were a party of 2 and BJs did not disappoint! Everything was great from reservation to completion of meal. It was amazing. Unfortunately I dont remember all our servers names but they were excellent!. Thank you

The most incredible experience I’ve ever had at a bjs my main server who is server of the year which I can see why was named Patrick went out of his way to make sure not only his whole section was taken care of but didn’t leave his relief when a rush came and gave 5 star service

I had an incredible experience thanks to BJ’s outstanding customer service—especially Evan, the manager. Uber Eats completely dropped the ball on my order and took no accountability, but Evan stepped in immediately and went above and beyond to make it right.
He personally ensured everything was remade fresh, including the artichoke dip, the roast beef sandwich with all the sides, and even the Pizookie Trio. The food was perfect, and his kindness genuinely turned a frustrating situation into a great one.
Thank you, Evan and the BJ’s team, for caring so much about your customers. Your service and generosity truly made my night—you’ve earned a loyal customer for life!

All 4 of our meals were good 1 was not! The ribs were so dried out she had to use her folk to separate the good and the bad meat as she took it off the bone. She could not cut the ribs on the top side. We didn't complain because of wait time to replace it.

Denim was absolutely fantastic at BJ’s in Cerritos! From the moment we were seated, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He knew the menu inside and out, made great recommendations, and checked in often without ever being intrusive. Our drinks were always full, the food came out perfectly, and his positive attitude made the whole experience even better. Denim is the kind of server who turns a good meal into a great on.
He made time for us during a really busy night at the restaurant. It was during the Niners and Seahawks game.
BJ’s is lucky to have him!

We had a great experience at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, thanks to our waiter Denim. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time without ever being overbearing. Denim checked in at just the right moments, made sure our orders were correct, and kept everything running smoothly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and takes pride in his work. Great service like this really makes a difference — we’ll definitely be back and hope to have Denim again!
