BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

We were there to celebrate my granddaughters, upcoming birth of her son. I had a reservation and a reservation with on time.  we seated in a comfortable booth or drinks, which took a while. Then we ordered appetizer and that took a while, we asked the waitress to bring a new Parmesan cheese shaker, and she never did bring it. She was OK except she just kind of walked around and didn't ask very many people if they needed help. When we got our food, everybody enjoyed it except me I ordered sirloin steak and shrimp the shrimp was so messy. It was hard to eat, the steak was so hard and chewy. I only ate about half order our dessert. It came within a reasonable amount of time. And our bill came with a reasonable amount of time, I will go back to BJ's, but I will never order their steak again. I thought it would at least be edible

Slow service, unfriendly hostess and waitress. Asked for steak medium well came out super well done & dry. By the time food came out the soda had watered down from melted ice. By the time you got drink refills it was time to leave

Had a great time for Father's Day dinner. Great service and food. Will be back at Cerritos BJs.

Great Father's Day dinner for our family of four. Had a reservation, and we had a very small wait after checking in. Our server was friendly and efficient t considering it was a busy holiday. We waited a bit for our food order, but it was ok. The food was delicious with hot things served hot and cold items served cold. We received a lovely Father's Day glass for our Dad. All in all, everything was just super.

Made a reservation and had to wait an hour. Asked 4 times checking in making sure they didn't forget about us. They were obviously ignoring me. Not even telling me what was going on giving me updates. People without a reservation were arriving and getting seated before us. What the hell!? We made a reservation specifically to celebrate my Dad. How horrible to not understand how to coordinate this properly. If you have a party coming in soon you leave the table open until they arrive duh! I was even there 10 min before they had plenty of time to prepare the table. No apologies for their stupidity.

Great service. The food was good, the server was excellent; she was friendly and made our group feel special. She’s the best.

The server was very bad. Never brought what was asked for He was very slow and no personality. We spoke to the manager on the way out. He only had 3 tables. And our dining experience was 1 hour and 55 minutes

This was our first visit to BJs and it was totally disappointing. It took us 1 hour to be served and when we were, the food was cold. The roasted vegetables with the steak were cold and raw. The calamari was small pieces of calamari. They served the appetizers with the entrees and one of the meals was bot served with the rest - we had to wait a further 15 minutes for it. I would definitely not recommend BJs based on yesterday.

Worst experience ever. From the time we got there and we were seated, it took an hour for them to take our order and even longer for them to bring our food. They were so understaffed, and I felt bad for the server. To top it off, I discovered after the fact that I was charged for a Pazooki that we didn't order.
