BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

It was a very busy night we had a reservation at 8:15 wasn't able to be seated until 8:45 a little bit of a wait but it was very busy. Ordered appetizers, some drinks and our meal only bad thing is my meal came 5 minutes after the appetizers which tends to happen a lot that's why I don't like to order everything all at once but since they were so busy I felt rushed to make a selection we usually dine her quite often we'll be back

Service was slow to non existent. We felt our server didn't take the time to hear what our need were as he had to come back 3 times for refills . We had a spill at our table and we had to clean it ourselves. We also asked for a to go container and we never recd it. This was our 3rd time there with issues. We definitely will not be returning nor will we be recommending this place

Wait was insanely long even with a reservation. Hostess was super rude and impatient. Showed up at 5:10 for our 5:15 reservation. We were not called until 5:40pm. We were told to stand to the side and was not seated until 6pm. Many groups called before us. The way the staff were so rude because of how busy it was it was just unenjoyable, ruined my birthday dinner and made me emotional and i did not enjoy my dinner.

Always liked BJ's, usually I would give it a five star rating but this visit was just OK. Orders were mixed up and the server was either new or overwhelmed. It was a 3PM reservation and the restaurant wasn't crowded. Overall BJ's is a great place to eat with a good menu.

It was too busy and we sat with our food for quite some time bec they ran out of silverware. They need to do better planning with their staff. Service was very slow but our server was really nice felt bad for him.

We showed up early for our 7 PM reservation. We went to the bar and there were $6 margaritas on the happy hour menu. The bartender asked me if I wanted a strawberry margarita and I said yes. When we got the bill the $6 🌼 Margarita had turned into a $13 margarita! Next we had to wait about 15 minutes for our table so we were seated at 7:15. The waiter was harried and very, very busy. We ordered the poki appetizer and it was very good except the guacamole was a little brown. When the server finally came back, we ordered a wedge salad to split. The wedge salad was $6. The waiter said oh you can get a bigger wedge salad with some steak on it. We said OK. That $6 wedge turned into a $23 salad! Our pizza was soggy and our Pazooki was thin. We won't be back ever. It was horrible. I think the wait staff and bartenders are so harried and rushed because they're too busy up selling without telling you the price. We ended up spending $140 for a mediocre meal at best.

My experience was excellent from the time I arrived, was seated and placed my order. Our server Chris was the best. His energy and personality made our day.

We had a reservation but once we got there our table was not ready. Instead they were passing over people.

Our Server Nick was always attentive and even reminded us that we had our Bjs Rewards.

This was the best steak I had in the fastest order to deliver at any BJ's I've had in the last 20 years. Appropriately cooked medium rare ribeye in 10 minutes. An awesome bartenders, Diego and Taylor. Just as I finished my wedge salad, the food showed up. It was busy and dining was still perfect. Outstanding staff. The kitchen crew is awesome too. Perfect.

very disrespectful workers and horrible customer service. This used to be our favorite place and it’s sad to see people don’t know how to do their job anymore. they overcharged us by $40 and argued about it for 30 minutes, hope we can find better service at a different location.

Rude costumer service, my family and I were trying to enjoy a meal for my daughters 8th birthday and it was completely ruined by the attitude and disrespect of the waiter. My family and I love BJs, so this was very disappointing for us. Hopefully the Huntington location can offer us a better experience.

We Went for drinks with family. It was ok over all, our food was received In a weird order they brought out pazookis first then the appetizers. When it should have been switched, everywhere I walked it seemed like there was a layer of oil on the floor especially in the bathroom there was even chicken in one of the stalls, I almost slipped twice. Seems like they mop with old oily used mop heads as if they didn't have degreaser. Host wasn't the nicest and when it came to guiding us to our table she sped walk extremely fast it was hard for out little one to keep up. Like I said the experience was ok, didn't expect anything less.

My only suggestion would be to have staff who genuinely enjoy their jobs and are attentive to guests, as it makes a big difference in creating a welcoming atmosphere."

Horrible food, $16 dollars wasted. I’m a poor college student. Never coming again(except for pizzookies). Cheddar broccoli soup taste like canned nacho cheese with broccoli. Bread was decent, would never get again though. Fettunine Alfredo taste out of can, I can make better Alfredo than them. Strawberry lemonade too sweet. Sweet tea good.
