I would like to say the I don't know what many restaurants keep the place super cold we are in winter it's freaking cold outside and you coming inside and you expecting to eat and relax with the family enjoy and what happened or was something not right right now the freaking place is very cold for little kids and families the place look like empty maybe a few people inside why because they keep the AC about 60° of 5°the super bowl for customers I'm just saying this got a chain I asked the lady and she says nothing can do about it

Never really had a problem coming to this location. Pizza is always good and you never have to wait too long in line to order. Also they never take more than five minutes to be ready which I like, and the inside is always clean too.

Blaze is always a good option. I get the build your own hi-rise. Great flavor, always fresh. The pizza artists weren't at their best tonight with uneven distribution of toppings.
I came in at 10:45, was told that they were closed because of the dough machine not working. If the dough press machine isn’t working how would i just see someone leave with a pizza… she was very rude and disrespectful.

Food and workers were great! Food was awesome fair price too although couldn’t leave a tip tried to give the worker at least a couple bucks but said they couldn’t accept tips because of management. What’s up management why you take away their tips? Do they take away your bonuses? Or do you keep those?

They dont have salami or the Kalamata olives, and the had run out of somethings and didn't refill until I said something, no water cups, we don't drink soda, so they charged us additional $12 for fountain drinks

I ordered two veggie build your own pizza and one of the pizza delivered was someone else's meat pizza. Mistakes do happen, but what is even more frustrating is that I cannot speak to anyone to correct this mistake. You call the location and the phone menu tries its best to discourage you from speaking to a real person. When you finally override all options and get the phone to ring, you are unceremoniously dumped to a voicemail. This has now happened twice to me. Will not be ordering at this blaze location anymore. I'll give Pieology a try but disappointed since they did make good pizza.
