This is our favorite restaurant. We drive over 60 miles just to eat here. I’m super picky when it comes to pho and egg rolls. I won’t eat them from anywhere but here.I love the staff and welcoming feeling that we get when we are here.

Wanting to give another Vietnamese restaurant a try and ended up here from San Pedro. So it was quite a drive however well worth it.They have a pretty big menu and plenty of items to choose from.I got their 3 combination vermicelli bowl with egg rolls, grilled shrimp, and grilled pork, wife got their brisket pho, and our daughter got their BBQ pork soup with egg noodles, and a side of their signature spring rolls which came with peanut sauce for dipping.Their food here was quite delicious and quite the treat.Bloomings reminds me of 'Pho Crystal 3'(Carson City) and 'Pho Fula'(Fullerton OC). They have generous portions for the price and excellent tasting dishes.Bloomings was clean, organized, and excellent service. We will be coming back to try more items on the menu.There are so many other options, however you can only eat so much for your first visit.

Showed up with no workers by the front or anywhere in sight. We walked over to a table and sat down with only 1 other table occupied on a slow day.Sat there for almost 7 minutes with staff just ignoring us. We left to go to another restaurant.

Food was overall great until I noticed that there was a dead fly on the rim of the plate under the bowl of pho. I'm a usual here and very disappointed with how this was overlooked in the kitchen.

Excellent for large parties. We had a group of 20 people and they sat us together amongst two rows of 3 four tops. They were very accommodating and even had no problem doing separate checks. As for the food, it's not the best Vietnamese food I've had, however Blooming's is definitely not the worse. I wasn't feeling much for Pho, so I decided on the grilled pork chops and rice with orders of spring and egg rolls. The pork chops were great. Nice and tender with lots of flavor. I would come back here for small groups or large groups. This place can get very busy.

Very extensive menu. I would love to come here and try more entrees. There's indoor and outdoor seating. The interior design is a bit gaudy with the bright orange but it didn't bother the experience. It's a little hard to flag down staff is you need something. Also in terms of service, there are machines that bring your food to your table that have a cat face on the screen and make R2D2 noises. I thought their pho was great! Instead of the rare meat in the pho, they have a menu item where you can get pho with BBQ pork, chicken, or beef on the side. I would love to come back here. Plenty of parking space in front of the restaurant.
