A quiet gem on the 2nd floor of Nordstroms. Even though it is a little odd to order and pay for a full-service meal with the hostess before sitting at a table, the food is really worth the visit. I ordered the Heirloom Tomatoes and Burrata as an appetizer. I think it needed to be seasoned a bit more appropriately, at least with a sprinkle of salt on the burrata. I followed it with a French Dip sandwich on a parmesan baguette served with a rich au jus and it was served with salt & pepper crush french fries and kalamata olive aïoli on the side. Great lunch!

One thing I know this restuarant is expesive me and my wife we pay $50. For 3 order like bulalo is $25. Pinakbet half of Bowl $25. And 2scop of rice I never going back there any more I thing jerys Grill is

Honestly the food was below average. It is comparable to really bad room service food at an all inclusive or something. I got tomato bisque which was nowhere near rich or creamy enough. The flavor was very underwhelming. The crouton slice it comes with wasn't even good either. I also got a cilantro lime salad with salmon. The salmon was so dry and tiny and it just looked like an old piece of salmon they microwaved all shriveled up. I specifically ordered the salad because it says it has heirloom tomatoes on it but it came out with no tomatoes and when I brought it up they took it back and brought it back out with just average tiny cherry tomatoes.. so they don't even make what is described in the menu they just bring out whatever apparently... the greens were wilted and dark and there was no distinguishable cilantro flavor. And for what I got it was WAYYYY overpriced. Like ridiculously overpriced. That salad was worth about $5 in my opinion. One of the worst cafes I've ever tried. The two stars are for decent service and good black coffee. The coffee was fine and strong. My friend said she usually enjoys the crab soup there but admitted it was salty. And i tried it and yes, it was basically salt soup. I would never get anything but coffee here. But even that's debatable due to prices.

I had extremely poor service at the Nordstrom cafe bistro this afternoon. I had to flag down a server to tell our server that we wanted to order dessert. After we received our dessert and the check, the server never came back. I had to flag down another server again who told us she would tell our server. We waited over 20 minutes but she never came back. The other server passed our table three times while we waited and saw we hadn't been cashed out. We finally walked up to the cashier. We waited five minutes at the counter for the cashier to take a customer's order. As soon as they were done, the phone rang. Instead of putting the phone on a brief hold, the cashier proceeded to take an entire phone order. I'm a regular customer of the cafe, but after this experience today, I won't be back.

Always great service. We enjoyed bringing the family here excellent food quality. Wine selection is decent. Wifey enjoyed her Shrimp scampi. I was satisfied with flavor and seasoning.

ORDER THIS! The roasted cauliflower that is new on the menu can be a meal alone or shared by two. Chrispy on the outside and perfectly tender on the inside. I'm a calamari, hot wings and spinach dip kind of girl, but in this case, it stacks up to the spinach dip and I'll order it again. My favorite part of this appetizer is the flavor and seasoning. The garlic sesame aioli brings the cauliflower to life! The service here is always an A+ and the full dining experience as well. I hope they keep this one on the menu indefinitely.

The service was amazing and the food was even more amazing. I loved how clean it was inside and it smelled wonderful! All the dishes I got were 10/10! The pizza was so fresh and flavorful it was my favorite! Yes even topped the tomato soup... I recommend all three dishes !

Friendly staff and considering the quality fairly quick service. For the chicken and goat cheese sandwich I got the balsamic vinaigrette on the side since I'm not a big fan of vinaigrette there was some type of mango or mango jam on the sandwich that I was not expecting, but the sandwich itself was very tasty but we warned it is a bit messy! For the kid's chicken breast the green beans were ever so slightly underdone for our liking. However, the rest of the dish was great. Restaurant itself is tucked away and makes you forget you're in a busy mall. The low lightening and spacious seating add to the relaxing experience.Will be back again as food was delicious and slightly on the guilt free side.
