Cookie butter milk tea frappe was so goood! Cute little drink spot, i wish i could’ve tried to spam musubi but it’s only available on the weekends. 10/10 would recommend.

Tea was fire. My personal favorite is brown sugar milk tea with extra drip and double boba. There is an old man who is my favorite employee 🥰. he always makes my order just how i want it. Service is quick and its yummy.

Came in to order some drinks 10m before they closed and they were already not accepting orders.
I love that they brew the teas to order, but the boba is extremely hard and chewy like it's been left out overnight, and the egg pudding is about the same with a strange after taste.

Came here with my friend and the drinks were solid. I got the Osmanthus Tropic and Thai Tea for my friend. Solid Thai tea flavor and quite standard.Their fruit teas are way better though. The Osmanthus Tropic was flavorful and fruity with a deeper tea flavor. I got it with crystal boba. Id recommend this!

Staff are nice and drinks usually come out fast. Only complaint is that most days, their boba is old. Like you can tell it’s old because the inside is kinda hard. Otherwise the drinks are pretty good.
