Chipotle Mexican Grill in Cerritos

“I love this location because the food is always fresh, the staff is nice, and they know how to move the line along during lunch time rush. The inside is always clean with plenty seating. They also always have the special menu items unlike the Cerritos mall location.“

“I don’t know why but I was really craving a burrito from Chipotle recently. I honestly couldn’t remember the last time that I had one, I feel like it’s been years. I decided to come to this store cause it was the closest one and the one with the best reviews.

The line wasn’t very long when I came in thankfully. There were two people ahead of me and in less than five minutes, I was placing my order. I had a pretty standard chicken burrito with brown rice, black beans, cheese, veggie fajitas, red salsa and the chili corn. I was honestly worried that they wouldn’t put a lot of chicken in my burrito. I hear all kinds of stories about the workers at Chipotle skimping out on the portion but I feel like they gave me a pretty big spoonful of chicken, enough so that I had chicken in every bite of my burrito. I also liked how the burrito didn’t fall apart on me lol, something that was common before. The burrito was great overall and I was really satisfied with my choice in coming here.

I didn’t dine in so I can’t say much about the atmosphere but it looked clean and there was a lot of people eating inside the restaurant. The workers were also really respectful and not rude at all, contrary to what a lot of these reviews say.“

“So, yesterday I went to Chipotle in Cerritos - I was having All kinds of trouble logging in to my account, J the manager on duty tried numerous times to help me, I mean above and beyond...we still couldn't get it up and working, he was so patient and kind and so willing to help me but unfortunately it still didn't work, well after all his effort he did not leave me feeling alone...he blessed me with the food item I wanted to order...thanks J and everyone involved - blessings to you and your store“
