So this afternoon, I went to this chipotle to go get chips and queso and a burrito bowl. I like chipotle… it’s very healthy, but every chipotle that I’ve ever been to except for the one in Fullerton by Cal State Fullerton…. They are all dirty and nasty. Like they don’t clean up.
The chips that I got for the chips and queso didn’t taste like chipotle‘s handcrafted chips that have a pinch of salt. They tasted like cheap Walmart chips. They were extremely crunchy. Chips and queso alone are $10 for a large. I really wish there was a company to compete with chipotle so myself and other patrons can go elsewhere. You really have to fight with chipotle on everything. They want a nickel and dime you like you’re coming in with double off coupons where the meal is almost free, but everyone is spending $10-$25 for each transaction. Chipotle is making money but the product that we’re getting is subpar in the nastiness of each restaurant with the trash everywhere and food on the tables and on the ground is just gross. I usually get my food to go and eat in my car so I don’t have to eat in the facility

Quality has been slipping and less consistent - sometimes it's ok, but instances of burnt meat, wilted greens, and hard dried out rice, are too often to be considered occasional. This location was one of the few 'good' Chipotles in the area but is turning into yet another one to avoid.

Poor customer service. Staff are only interested in getting you through the line and out the door as fast as possible.
I asked for “sour cream…” and she immediately dumped it on top before I could even had time to say “…on the side.”
The worst part was there was literally no one in the line behind me.
After they were done I heard them bragging about beating their high “score”. As if customers are just points for a game.

Today I literally had to teach the young man how to do his job. We are paying for the bowls don't be skimpy about what you put in the bowls. I'll even pay extra jesus! Or get him off from makeing bowls. Literally the only chipotle that skimpy out on serving. Seriously. Waste of money! GET IT TOGETHER.
I ordered a salad bowl and was really uncomfortable watching the staff put wilted and spoiled lettuce into my bowl. I immediately asked them to remove the bad lettuce. When I took a bite, I noticed a strange, foul taste in my mouth. I spit it out, only to realize it was rotten lettuce.
If you’re planning to get a salad here, be cautious—the quality of their greens is not great.

Went in on Christmas Eve at 1:40. Was not aware that they were going to be closing early. 90% of the food was either dried up or gone. No lunch for us. The girl behind the counter was rude.
Parking: We ended up having to go somewhere else even though they were supposed to be open for another half an hour they would not prepare any food so we left.

Chipotle really spiced things up for me—literally. Ordered my usual bowl (chicken, rice, black beans, pinto, sour cream, cheese, guac, lettuce), but as it turns out, someone decided to add extra seasoning. Halfway through, the chicken started waving at me. Next thing I knew, my bowl was giving me life advice, and the guac was acting in a soap opera. Spent the next two hours staring at my tortilla chips, looking at them going to war with each other. 10/10 would recommend the food. The accidental trip? Eh, solid 8/10. Could’ve used more sour cream.
