Good experience, it's clean and the staff was nice
1/4 of the bag filled with chips. Asked for a descent amount of chips and worker denied request. Terrible customer service.
It's chipotle
Guy at cashier left the cashier multiple times to talk to his friends. As a result, I didn’t get enough lettuce and I had go back for my side of tortilla.

The brown rice was really undercooked. Could feel it hit my teeth. Staff took the feedback positively.

Definitely one of the best Chipotles I have ever been to! Very clean, fresh food and friendly staff. I wish more locations had this standard!

Ordered a bowl with double chicken and I was literally served half a bowl. When I went to report my concern to the worker about how I paid for double protein and was served a half bowl, a female worker came out of nowhere with a side of chicken without allowing me to finish. I then asked if it was possible to get more rice and beans added and she rudely replied "Rice and beans are never extra so you don't need to be afraid to ask for more." I said I get that, but I should have been served the right amount of rice and beans without having to ask for more given I paid for a full size bowl, not a half size. Look at the photo of the bowl and you'll see how stingy they are. Not to mention, there was a giant spill on the floor and all the tables were dirty.

Went in around at around 4pm to pickup my order for to go, and when I got home and opened my bowl, there was a disgusting bug right on top of my food. I would rate this location 0 stars if I could.

I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the conduct of Andres, a so called manager which doesn't resemble one, who I interacted with after being over charged when my wife order a burrito and charged extra for tortillas because she asked for a bowl so it didn't spilled out... Their behavior was nothing short of unprofessional and unacceptable, don't understand how management allow this type of employee to taint their name and do not take any action when it only affects their bottom line. Needless to say I am not a customer of Chipotle!!!

Got a take out order and got home opened the bag and took a bite there was way too much guacamole and once wasn’t no steak until the middle of the burrito but even than it was just tiny amount of steak was very disappointing

Food was sort of meh. Carnitas burrito was 65% rice, 20% carnitas and 15% pinto beans. I asked for green salsa but I couldn't taste it. Ordered online and they asked for a tip! I pay online, walk in and pick it up off a rack and carry it out. Where is the service they want to be tipped for? This is California where the minimum wage is $20/hour. That should already be enough for a highly skilled burrito assembler.
