Food was sort of meh. Carnitas burrito was 65% rice, 20% carnitas and 15% pinto beans. I asked for green salsa but I couldn't taste it. Ordered online and they asked for a tip! I pay online, walk in and pick it up off a rack and carry it out. Where is the service they want to be tipped for? This is California where the minimum wage is $20/hour. That should already be enough for a highly skilled burrito assembler.

Lukewarm. That's the temp of the food. Even freshly made & handed to me.Made an app order with a BOGO promo I redeemed. My customized burritos bowl consisted of half carne asada, half carnitas, white rice, half black beans, half pinto beans, fajita veggies, fresh tomato salsa, roasted chili-corn salsa, tomatillo-green chili salsa, sour cream, cheese & romaine lettuce. Arrived early, and received my order 5 minutes past the estimated time.Carne asada & carnitas...

The person that assisted me today was rude & rushing making my order. There was no line so I didn’t understand the rushI asked for guac and I received a whole avocado half. They didn’t take the time to properly mash the guac??? Majority of my scoop was this avocado half. And the chicken is under seasoned
