Food is always good. Nice size portions. Got tacos and a Carnitas salad. The dressing is great. Service was good, place is clean.

Used to come here a lot since it’s the closest one to home every single time the manager is here they’re very stingy with their portions. She watches them like a hawk. I always pay for extra protein always pay for the guac, but every single time she is here. It’s a consistent disappointment on how they ration in their food. They act like it comes out of their own check. Get it together please. This is my first ever review. This is my first time acting like a Karen, but y’all deserved it

I went ahead and did a mobile order and arrived maybe 5 min late… I picked up the food like and expected it to be up to standard. These guys ended up undercooking it to the point where each grain of rice was still very hard and uneatable. Will not come here again. Plus chipotle support doesn’t help at all

My rice in my bowl was so undercooked I couldn't even eat it. Last time I tried to come to this location, they had closed 3 hours early. Not a chipotle I'd recommend going to

After 9:20pm they run out of meats and stop cooking. Don’t waste your time if you’re trying to get a late night meal.

I usually come to this location to purchase take out for my family , but I dont understand why some of the women servers act like I am asking them for free food. The servers give us attitude and speak to us in a tone of voice like we don't understand what language they are speaking. The 3 tacos i ordered were barely half way cause the server was so stingy with the servings. If they don't like there job , they should just do the paying customers a favor and just find something else.

EDIT: I received an email from their customer support team. The customer service was surprisingly worse than I expected and the bar was already set low. I'm lowering my review rating since I didn't get any feedback from the manager or location themselves and went through either an AI bot or overseas customer support channel. Does not feel that my experience will lead to any significant changes to their service for future folks. This just solidifies my decision to never come back.
I ordered two steak bowls online, but realized that one of the bowls was completely missing the meat. It was stacked with so much salad, but no steak at all. Ended up driving back to have them redo my order. Thankfully, they did it for free, but I didn't appreciate their attitude. Just brushed me off like I was in the wrong. Granted, they seemed overworked and checked out.
I get it. I worked retail in the past and it can be frustrating. But I've had enough tact to apologize to the customer for a mistake. This isn't the first time this has happened and similar errors were made when I bought from this location. I guess it's my fault for giving the Alondra Chipotle so many chances. Or maybe I'm the fool for still going to Chipotle. Moving forward, I'll just stick to street tacos or Taco Nazo if quick and satisfying Mexican food.

This location gives you generous amount with good portion of meat. Employee was nice and helpful even though i came during rush hours. Taste is standard per usual.

So, yesterday I went to Chipotle in Cerritos - I was having All kinds of trouble logging in to my account, J the manager on duty tried numerous times to help me, I mean above and beyond...we still couldn't get it up and working, he was so patient and kind and so willing to help me but unfortunately it still didn't work, well after all his effort he did not leave me feeling alone...he blessed me with the food item I wanted to order...thanks J and everyone involved - blessings to you and your store

I never usually leave reviews because I just don’t, but I’m started to get agitated but how rude the workers are here. Just today I ordered a to go burrito bowl and the guy didn’t put enough meat, so I kindly asked the girl if I could get extra meat and the guy made a snarky remark to his coworker saying he did “full scoops”, he really didn’t but okay. I acted like I didn’t hear him because I know people expected someone like me (woman of color) to act out of pocket but I kept it pushing. Y’all need to do better on training your employees how to talk to customers, let alone greet them. Trust me I get it, I work at a grocery store and sometimes I don’t want to deal with customers either. However, this repetitive constant rudeness at various Chipotle places needs to be fixed. The only time I’ve ever seen the workers here be nice is when their supervisor /or manager was there observing them. The food is fresh yes, but it’s not worth it to keep putting up with such disgruntled folk. Do better.
