I never usually leave reviews because I just don’t, but I’m started to get agitated but how rude the workers are here. Just today I ordered a to go burrito bowl and the guy didn’t put enough meat, so I kindly asked the girl if I could get extra meat and the guy made a snarky remark to his coworker saying he did “full scoops”, he really didn’t but okay. I acted like I didn’t hear him because I know people expected someone like me (woman of color) to act out of pocket but I kept it pushing. Y’all need to do better on training your employees how to talk to customers, let alone greet them. Trust me I get it, I work at a grocery store and sometimes I don’t want to deal with customers either. However, this repetitive constant rudeness at various Chipotle places needs to be fixed. The only time I’ve ever seen the workers here be nice is when their supervisor /or manager was there observing them. The food is fresh yes, but it’s not worth it to keep putting up with such disgruntled folk. Do better.

I love this Chipotle. However, I want to ask management to please ask staff to stir up the sofritas frequently. Every single time I come in, no matter what time of day, the sofritas are dry from sitting too long. I always have to ask if they have more in the back. The dry, hard sofritas look so unappetizing, and I have learned from experience, taste bad. Would those staff members want to eat food like that? It is an easy fix just to stir every so often. That would probably help with all the proteins.

They only had one person serving. The music was loud. I was not able to hear the server. I got a bowl with chicken . We'll I got like 10 little pieces of chicken. I asked the server if she had made a mistake and was going to add more? She said this is all you get. Very rude, no customer services there. Last time, I purchased any food from there . It's sad how no one makes an effort to help people with kindness. They have to remember no customer, no job. Think about it next time you're rude.

I come to this location often since it’s close to my house and I kid you not, they are out of something EVERY single time I come. I’m over it and will just have to start going out of my way to go somewhere else. It’ll be several hours till closing and they are out of chips, cheese, beans, even some of the meats.
They are serving old food. Specially the guacamole is from the day before.

Do not come to this chipotle unless you're on a diet. Server is super stingy when it comes to portion. The guy barely gave anything and I had to ask for more and he only scoop a bit more on the rice, beans, meat, salsa, sour cream, lettuce and cheese. And then when I paid with change, it is supposed to be .85 in change. The cashier said oh the machine isn't working. And asked if it's okay. Not really if Im not even getting a full portion. Why should I even give my .85 change for tip when the server barely gave any food. Upper Management needs to look into this location and fire all the servers and cashiers.

This is my place to go to. I have no complaints about this place. The food is great, and customer service is decent and can be improved. One thing is my online order was messed up when I ordered "chicken al pastor" I got regular chicken instead. It wasn't a hassle but I paid more just to get regular chicken. Parking is free, and the atmosphere is definitely inviting.
