Cashier (says Stephanie on the reciept) 3:32pm March 17th. Had a very bad attitude over a very basic question. I asked if for lime or lemon. Every location I have ever been to has them. She said no so I asked her if she was sure and informed her that I get them at other locations. That really irritated her it seemed. She has zero customer service skills. Even before my question she seemed annoyed.. Zero communication skills. Walked away after I paid without saying a word and did not inform me of what was going on with the rest of my order until I asked. Got my refund and of course had to request my receipt otherwise she had no intentions of giving me one. I am never returning. I will never pay for People with bad attitudes to handle my food or to feel like I am irritating someone for simply being there. She needs a different job that does not include service to others. She is too easily irritated. If that is how she acts with a perfectly calm customer I can't even imagine how she act with a less than ideal one. So no limes or lemons at a mexican place and horrible customer service. Also, stop being stingy with rice and beans in a Veggie bowl! They put the same amount in the bowl that they would if it also had meat! Make it make sense

The worst Chipotle ever!! Without fail always an issue. Too bad it’s the closest one to home. This time I got gooey sticky mushy rice balls!!! Last few times I’ve had horrible quality carnitas, unsalted chips and the rice was hard and would get stuck in my molars! Very often they’re out of a specific ingredient! What’s up!!! This meal isn’t cheap either!!! ? can’t even get through an automated phone call to speak to someone! I’m redirected to a website.

Truly the worst chicken bowl I’ve gotten. The older lady was obviously overwhelmed because she was by herself at the front which I don’t blame her for but what I will was she was rationing the chicken, when the cook just finished a fresh container of chicken and was already ready for her in the kitchen. She was clearly upset when I asked her if we just do extra chicken instead because what was on the plate wasn’t that much. She literally got the very side of the spoon and added a tablespoon if that to the bowl. I added a picture for reference to show how small the chicken bits were. What I don’t understand is there was a long line and quite a wait how is she supposed make the rest of the scraps last. The person behind us also didn’t get the new batch either. Make it make sense. We ended having to stop somewhere just to get more chicken.I guess this is what we get for cheating on our regular Chipotle in Cerritos. Never coming back again. Absolutely disappointing.

For a quick lunch that’s delicious, this is the spot just like most Chipotle spots.I ordered a salad bowl with green and grilled veggies, half chicken, half carne asada, little bit of sour cream, little corn, little cheese and guacamole. It was a delicious and filling lunch overall, solid customer service also.I’d definitely come to this spot to try their other menu items in the future.

I enjoyed my first visit to this location. 2pm The 3 employees on the line were very friendly and efficient. I got there and the line was about 8 deep. The 3 took care of that line quickly. My Barbacoa burrito was prepared as ordered and delicious. Thanks for the great service.

This was easily going to be a 1star review, but Justin was awesome and he took care of the problem.The girl who initially served the bowl put like 2oz of meat for my kid. I showed Justin at the register and he quickly fixed it. He was so nice and I just had to give him a shoutout. Such great service. I hope you see this, Justin!!! It’s 11:50 on MLK day.

Horrible food and service. I ordered two barbacoa burrito bowls to go, and they had (animals/ bugs) inside the food as soon I opened the plate, they came out. I went back and showed the manager pictures and video, and she stayed quiet, no word, no apology. Horrible. I asked for my money back.

Is no one working here? There was one guy getting orders and taking payment then disappeared. The other people working the kitchen. No service whatsoever. Management needs a check. You have to attend the front desk. There’s a whole line of people waiting to order and pick up orders, ridiculous.

I'm all about giving second chances but tonight is the final straw. This chipotle really confuses me. They can never seem to get my order right. Located in the same plaza as Home Depot and In-N-Out, there's tons of parking so that's not a problem. I usually order through my app for the points and whatnot but each and every time we pick up our order, get home, and discover ITS WRONG AGAIN! The restaurant itself is kept nice and clean. Maybe it's the staff that need better training. I'm not sure. But this is the only chipotle that we will never come back to. Other locations are excellent though.

Stopped by here after leaving Staples and I couldn't believe how dirty this place was. There was food scraps and trash all over the floor. It wasn't very crowded so one of the workers could of swept up a little. The topper was when I got home, a short drive at that, and my sons and my burritos were cold. I literally watched them make them and they were cold. I'm m not a fan of Chipotle, and if I ever ate it again, it wouldn't be at this one.
