i wouldn't go to this one staff do to much they are lazy i have a gold membership and silver they told me i couldn't us my number to redeem i have to pull up QR which is complete bs i go to chuckee chhese atleast twice a week having 5 kids also its not very many games they all work ill give them that .... i could fo 9n and on but im not i just wont be returning to this location they employees are KARENS and DAREEEEENS

Came to a birthday party for my friends son, the first thought after entering, “wooow this place is good, maybe I can have my daughters birthday party over here as well”. Within minutes as soon as the kids went to the trampoline zone, they were asked to come out. This place required us to buy “Their” non slip socks for entering the trampoline zone. Inspite of our daughter wearing a non slip socks she was not allowed and we had to pay “15$” for the socks.
This just did not feel right to me at all and why started as fun turned out to be very bad experience.
The place itself is fun for kids, but these small this like charging for socks that too 15$ just seemed atrocious.
Note:- nowhere it said that we are required to wear their provided socks, if that is the case they should provide the sock as they are charging heavy entry fees. Or atleast at a fair price of 2$

Food is always good, environment is great and never overcrowded.
Not a lot of games. Takes a lot of tickets to get a cheap prize. Not all games were working. No more animatronic show or Chuck E Cheese character.

This place is great when you have the monthly pass. We have such a fun time for a few hours. You even get a free pizza sometimes.

The food here is disgusting. DO NOT ORDER THE FRIES. That being said, my kid loves it, the workers are great and I actually like going here too. Its worth it if you eat before.
