My girlfriend and I went since I got a birthday BOGO and it was great. I got banana ice cream with Oreo pans peanut butter cups mixed in with a chocolate dipped waffle cone with nuts. It was magical and my girlfriend got their Mud pie signature ice cream. There wasn't much of a line and we were served quickly and she was patient while I went back and forth about what I wanted. Over all it was a great experience and the ice cream was so creamy and amazing. I will surely be back. Even my cat was trying to get a taste once we got back in the car with him lol:

Cookies are always amazingly great. Pricey end but they are really good and filling. They change flavors often also. Adam was such a great help to us! Pesse was working along side him and helping another customer out for his first time. Also came from my sisters birthday where you get one free Crumbl cookie if you have a log in!

service was really bad. jaelen was the person that took our order and she was giving us an attitude. my daughter asked to sample the barbie flavor and she rolled her eyesbefore getting the sample. it was our first time to go to this location. we always get cold stone when we are at seal beach but we thought we'd try this location since its close to home. the seal beach location is way better. staff there are courteous and friendly. never again will we get ice cream from this location.

I love going to Coldstone and don’t usually have any issues. I did have one of the cashier charge me full price, even after showing her the buy one get one free. I called and told me they’d give me a full refund for the mistake. Once I got there, they said they were going to give me a full refund and only charge me for one. I didn’t appreciate that i was lied to. They should better clarify what they mean on the phone so that i won’t have to waste time and gas going. I couldn’t just waited on the refund if they would’ve been clear from the beginning.MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS TO AVOID ISSUES LIKE MINE.

No stars if I may, was standing in line, and told this young fellow to give us a second to order, he then helped the person who just arrived , that's ok and we stood there waiting for him to help us, he then went inside and out while we were standing and they were just chatting in there with another server. He knew we were waiting to be served but he just ignore us , like we don't exist standing there like there's no one waiting,I knew he did it in purpose, how could you forget a customer after asking you to give us a moment, until I couldn't wait any longer , of his nastiest attitude of ignoring us. I asked to all of them, if anyone is serving us, then he right away just said, oh I thought someone served you already? So he served us with just a little scoop of the medium size of the coffee lover only , mixed just so quickly, a melted ice cream . I was gonna ask for his name, but just like to get out of there, but he was the only guy around there between 7:30 - 8:00 pm. It was around after our dinner from next door, felt like having a dessert. Not going back there to deal with that moron.The dessert turned to be a nastiest arrogantly served by one.

I have had many coldstone creations in my lifetime, and I hadn't had one in a long time prior to my visit today. I was really craving something gooey and satisfying so I ordered a half chocolate, half cake batter with reeses cups and vanilla oreos. Strangely enough, the ice cream creation not only really didn't hit the spot. The flavor of the ice cream was more bland than I had ever experienced in the past. Worse than that, I do not feel like I got my money's worth! I purchased a total of 4 creations (one for myself and 3 for each of my kids) and I was very disappointed with how small they were. The ice cream was barely evened off at the top of the cup, whereas every other time I have ever gotten coldstone, the ice cream was higher than the brim of the cup. I felt very ripped off today, and wouldn't return to this location again.

Horrible customer service at this location! I was discriminated against because of my disability. The girls refused to help me and were snarky/ passive aggressive. I will not be going back.

My experience here was amazing! I was welcomed in the first time I came and had a really great convo with one of the servers that helped me. She was so sweet and and my ice cream was delicious. I never understood previous comments before this complaining about the little things and being so sensitive.. It's pretty funny. If you order ice cream, of course eat it right away or else it will melt. I also did not have any issue asking for extra toppings and the girl was generous enough to. Of course not "excessive" as that is an extra charge for "extra extra." I've been coming to different cold stones for the quality of it and didn't have a problem paying. Service in my experience was also amazing in this location and others I've been to.
