Ice cream is usually a safe choice—until you order a banana split and it looks nothing like the picture.

This is my second time visiting since they moved across the street. The store is very clean and feels brand new. The staff were young, friendly, and pleasant, which made the visit enjoyable.

Unfortunately, both visits had the same issue: missing toppings. They didn’t have hot chocolate syrup, which is essential for a banana split. The whipped cream was flat and seemed watered down, likely from being left out too long. Making a banana split isn’t hard, but without the right ingredients, the experience falls short. The alternative topping combinations didn’t really work either.

If the manager sees this, I hope you make sure all toppings are consistently available and fresh.

Finally Open! The atmosphere was inviting, and the service was attentive and friendly. The ice cream was creamy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, while the cakes were elegant, beautifully presented, and rich in taste. I’m loving it 💕

It's open don't be fooled

We couldn’t get in line for the grand opening even when we got here before 3pm. The advertisement and poster said the scoops would be lowered price from 11am-3pm. It’s ridiculous that they cut the line off at 2:45pm when it says until 3pm. RIDICULOUS AND UNFAIR. According to who stopped the line, the employees are going to be tired , but that’s not our perogative. They should have sorted this before.
