I came because it's a small fam business and saw reviews about how friendly staff was. The lady cashier looked bothered that I came to order, made me uncomfortable while I was just asking a simple question about the sandwiches. still tried it out. old fashioned, needs an upgrade

Good food and good prices. Friendly owners, really nice people. Please help support our local businesses. They have a variety of items to choose from. Stop by and give them a try. We did and have been coming here for over 5yrs now.

Do not go to Crock and Kettle if you're in the mood for a tuna sandwich; which is what I did and was extremely disappointed! The squaw bread was a bit stiff, not soft. The lettuce was the undesirable hard pieces - the core of iceberg lettuce and some were brown. Lastly, the tuna had an odd taste and when I opened my sandwich, I discovered what looked like minced garlic; which in my opinion, was not a good compliment and/or addition. Pretty sure I will not patronize them again.

The korean bbq sandwich is really good. I've gotten it numerous times. The price is pretty cheap here too and they have signs up for sandwiches that are just a couple dollars. The woman who is always working behind the counter, who I assume is the owner, it's not very friendly. Other than that though this is a cute little hole in the wall that I would recommend you give a try. Take it home though as the interior isn't so inviting.

My favorite, the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich. The owner is always respectful and friendly. Love this place!

The service was horrible. I put in an order through Yelp and I waited 30 minutes for it to progress. Given I only ordered 1 sand which. The lady at the counter proceeded to tell me "I'm sorry I haven't turned on the tablet I can't make your order " I asked if she could cancel it and she said no. I asked if she could just make the order and id pay for a whole desperate order and she said "no not right now we're busy" and walked away. It was 12 pm they opened at 7 and still hadn't turned on any of the food order tablets.

Very good and fresh korean bbq sandwich. Bread was soft and meat was not dry at all. Price is fair too at $5.85. Would go again!

I walked in today at 11:30 am to order two breakfasts. There was one lady working at the counter. I asked "what is in the Denver omelette?" She answered " I am busy" and walked away, went to the back, and totally ignored me. Come here if you want to be insulted..

Best to call your order in. The lady forgot her password for GrubHub so order was never received. She was a bit frustrated so her tone was not pleasant. After placing the order at store, she said 10 minutes but it longer. Yelp was quick in notifying me about a refund.

The new owner of the restaurant has absolutely no customer service! I ordered from GrubHub and went to go pick my food up only to find out she doesn't know how to sign in to her GrubHub so she basically told me my order was not going to be complete! I paid for a burrito but was not gonna get food because she doesn't know how to use her ordering system unacceptable especially when she gave me attitude because of her failure I will never returned a crock and kettle again she was rude as hell.

It was a nice experience Quiet Saturday afternoon I was getting hungry, and I figured, because it was my cheat day, that I'd have a nice carb loading sammich. I was going to relent to my opposition of have one at this katsu bar down the street and parting with 30$, but then I remembered that this place that's been around for years is right around the corner! So I gave it a go, and goddammit, I'm happy I did. I walked in to check out my order, and the place looks like it's been packed up, most likely due to cpvid enforcement, and there was one woman ordering her drink cabinet. I felt odd, because nobody was in the strip mall really, save for a few cars, and she was working basically alone over here in her quiet corner of it. She told me a little frustrated, but composed and politely, that her tablet is locked out, and I told her it was no trouble, then ordered a Phillycheese steak the teryaki bowl I ordered previously on Yelp, that she couldn't retrieve cause of that blasted tablet :) She told me five minutes, and it damn near arrived in 6. I paid and took off. The Food is good here...I'm glad I came, and probably will never go back to a subway or jersey mike's in the area again. I appreciate the freshness of this places ingredients. The Phillycheese steak was definitely not a classic Phillycheese Steak variant, but it was a very good sandwich that tasted to me almost like a Banh-mi version of a Philly, it wasn't absolutely saucey, or greasy and I totally enjoyed it, absolutely no gut issues. The Teryaki was f'ing phenomenal, and what really made it was the rice. It was so springy, and firm, but not too firm, it gummed up perfectly and fell apart beautifully...the onions were browned nicely, and the chicken and sauce I got with it were a great company to the food. I'll come back for more sandwiches for sure

This is a hole in the wall sandwich place and the owners are super sweet and nice. I enjoy the "home-style" sandwiches - they are freshly and carefully made unlike the Subways of the world. I prefer to support small businesses like this with awesome products and service. The next time you are hungry and craving for a really good sandwich, try Crock N Kettle!
