I been a fan on DQ since 1995 and always have but this recent experience was grossly disappointing. How difficult is it to make a dipped cone???? The chocolate dip was not layered well enough that ice cream was melting. Poor staff and service has resulted me to give a below par rating for this store in Cerritos. Hope they improve their training there and do DQ like it suppose to be.

Young kids, unprofessional working there, mostly kids playing there loud as Trap music and gossiping instead of working. Certain music is appropriate,but not that kind when it's an older senior crowd and family trying to get a treat...Also so loud,they can't hear you

My mother came in earlier today to order an ice cream cake for my brother's birthday and was treated incredibly rudely by the staff. She's been very sad and upset by this, especially considering how nice the lady at the register was to everyone, except for her. This is very disappointing and perplexing, and I wouldn't recommend this Dairy Queen location to anyone.
The Burbank Dairy Queen charges $6 for a small soft serve. This location is literally half the price. Makes you wonder if the rent in Cerritos is significantly cheaper than Burbank.

I came in for Banana Split. And they ran out of Bananas! I returned another Day and they ran out of Wip Cream! OMG! Then we returned again and they had no CHERRIES!! THIS RIDICULOUS!! WE ARE GOING TO BASKIN ROBINS FOR NOW ON !!! ;)

We waited in line twenty min and when it was finally our turn they told us they were completely all out of ice cream and two of their toppings. At least they had the courtesy to tell the entire line at that point too.
