I called this particular store in Cerritos..and the patient and kind lady, I regret I forgot her name, took my order over the phone. That..nowadays..doesn't happen very often!! Thx Cerritos Dominos! Experience has always been good here and Dominos is my favorite chain. Parking is limited so that can make a quick pickup difficult at times, but can always park at the grocery store

First I placed an order but only had enough cash on me to give the delivery driver a $2 tip. The driver said “$2 really? What kind of a tip is that?”I apologized and told him that was all the cash I had on me and I’d take care of him next time. He turned to walk back to his car and spit on my grass. When I called to tell the manager there what his driver did, the manager told me I was not allowed to order there anymore. The pizzas are nasty anyways! So glad this happened because now we get bomb pizza someplace else!

The staff was incredibly rude and hostile, making it clear that they didn't want to be there.
Everyone looked angry and frustrated, which created a tense atmosphere.
To top it off, when I requested some chili flakes, I was told that I had to pay an additional $2 for them. Unbelievable. I will not be returning to this location."

Unhappy with my order. I thought only one pizza was messed up but all 4 were not made right. 1 pizza was supposed to be half sausage and pepperoni and other cheese. I only got a cheese pizza. The other 3 were supposed to have extra sauce, all were bone dry. The two white sauce pizzas weren't even cut correctly so half the cut pulled off. Make sure you check your pizza before you drive away. Very unhappy customer! This will be my last time at this location.

Literally just picked up my pizza and didn't notice until I got home they gave me 2 medium instead of 1 New York style and 1 med. Now they can't even be reached by phone. Poor service all around.
