Came to Gen BBQ on a super busy night and still had an awesome time. Our server Wendy was amazing! She was super friendly, checked on us often, and made sure we had everything we needed even though she was running around. Food was great as always, but Wendy really made the night.
Great and fast service, but I’ve been on hold for over 20 minutes multiple times with no response about my missing wallet I might have left there. It would mean a lot if someone could answer the phone to see if they have it.
At Gen we usually get good service and the food is always good.
I had a fair size party of 10, took one of the bigger tables taking up 2 grills.
Our waiter, can't recall his name, was not the greatest. We waited almost 30 minutes just for our drinks, a couple of our appetizers got our before them.
About 30-45 minutes we finally got our first set of meats, and took more time to even order our next.
