Drinks were great and the decorations where nice. Some of the workers were being inconsiderate, taking up space at all 3 tables and recording a video, blocking the way for some customers to get there drinks.

I ordered the Marble Mango (Large, 50% sweet, no ice, coconut jelly) — the same drink I’ve had multiple times before — but what I received was completely different from what’s shown on the menu or what I’ve gotten in the past. It didn’t have the usual layers or flavor balance that the Marble Mango normally has.
If the store was out of ingredients, I wish they had just let me know instead of giving a totally different drink. I wouldn’t have minded switching to something else, but it’s frustrating to pay full price and get something that doesn’t match what I ordered.
I really like Gong Cha and usually have a good experience, so I hope this was just a one-time mistake — but better communication with customers would go a long way.

Oolong tea brewed poorly is bitter and not sweet; boba green tea becomes a stale boba oolong green tea. The boba is not fresh; it's not chewy and soft, it's mushy! It's not tasty, not to mention it's not drinkable!

The boba is good and all but sometimes the workers trash talk about you in khmer which is another language and one time I waited like 25 minutes for my boba and it wasn't busy

They had a special when you buy two large orders you get a keychain. The boba tea was okay, same as any other, glad they had an option for less sugar. It's a self-serve order using the kiosk. The wait was decent. Small indoor dine in, We ordered to go.

The machine only orders were… disappointing. I ordered and couldn’t use Tap to Pay with my physical card or my phone. On top of the machines being semi-broken, it asks for a tip at check out. As for my drink, the add on was $0.75 for rainbow jelly and there was about 1 cm of topping in my drink. Overall not a good place for the high prices.

I came here because my girlfriend is absolutely addicted to boba, but is also a vampire. So it's the only place open late around us. I ended up getting the oolong peach tea because I figured I'd try something since I'm taking my girlfriend here. It's a good fruity tea. I love it. I'm so pissed about it because now I spend money on this. I stopped buying Pokémon cards to save money and now I have simply replaced it with Boba. At least the boba is good.
Parking: Easy to park here.
Kid-friendliness: The costumers here are always very chill. The staff are nice, too.
The two workers were in the back on their phones. I was missing from my order and when I tried to call out to them to ask about it, they ignored me and were back on their phones in the back. The drinks were fine aside from the fact I didn't get everything I should have.

Amy, our server is a ROCK STAR?? !!! We were celebrating a Nephew's bday and Father's Day when we walked in to her quiet shop - all 26 us and she is all by herself!!! We took turn placing our orders and she is cool as a cucumber- got all our orders and served them flawlessly. Till our next encounter Super Girl Amy!!!
