Got a small bowl with a pork base and a little bit of everything. I think it's alright and some of the magic is just in watching the cooks prepare your meal in front of you. Be careful because it does come out quite hot, watch your fingers and find a table or prepare one as soon as you can. The noodles are decent and the portion for a small is quite good. Overall, as mall food, this is an option to consider.

bad food ,bad service, I've came here, ,many years, I know previous owner..it was good then , now it is terrible. you want tip don't burn the food, and correct ingredient as it written. This is why you don't a tip!!!!! specially asian girl. she messed up my dish.. new owner should monitor there staffs closely, I don't want to see good place(use to be)close down.Kid-friendliness: kk

I used to love this place before COVID happened. Before, we would be able to set up our sauce how we wanted. Now a days, the worker would dip the spoon (Which is a stirring stick btw) into whatever and barely touch it into the bowl and call that a scoop. And this happened to me several times already, each resulting in dry noodles.And then the To-Go boxes fall apart very easily. But at least the portion sizes on what they add into the plate improved a tad recently depending on who's working the cashier.

They didn't give me what i ordered, i ordered spice with extra noodles.The new system look great, but they need to make sure to deliver what we ordered, please, thank. For now i go somewhere else for my mongolian food.

6/2/2023 10:20 A.M. I was about to order food from here and noticed this man standing on the grill. The cardboard box he stood on didn't cover the whole grill and his shoes partly touched the grill. Yikes. I ended up not ordering from here. There was another man behind the counter who gave me a side eye as I looked with disgust. I guess I won't ever order food here again.

Don't even Bother with this place, the food is overpriced and also they don't even give you a GOOD AMOUNT for what you pay!. service is literally based on payment and things always change. THIS PLACE is SO unorganized!.

This use to be the spot before COVID hit. Now is not even worth your money at all. I just went in today decide to give it a try once again big mistake. Your paying more for a veggie bowl then meat. Before you was able to serve yourself now they do it for you. They are cheap with meat now they use a scale to see how much they will give you and if you ask for more it’s an extra charge. Idk how they are still open. Only for 2 ppl I spend like $40 + and your plate is not even full. I rather go eat to an actually restaurant like Olive G, BJ or Cheese Cake Factory.Vegetarian options: This place is more for vegetarian ppl. They add more veggies then meat and if you ask for more they will charge you.

When everyone in the food court offers refills on their drinks. Their drink costs almost $4. So I came back for a drink refill and the guy took my cup and was about to fill it but he had a change of heart turned around and said it's going to be $1...wtf. No thanks. So petty. There are plenty of food choices in the food court that offer cheaper drink choices with refills. Not coming back here again.

Went to hundreds of these locations and never got such a bad experience like today. At first I had asked for simple directions for the menu and the employee who helped me was rude about that and than once I completed everything I paid for my food and I was on my phone as I watch him cook food for 4 people and I expect for him to clean it before mine right ? And he dosen't and he puts my items on there and I tell him nicely why he didn't clean it and he said I had to say it before on the ticket? Which to me cleaning it is common sense since it has a bunch old grease and burnt meat on it and I tell him can I please just get another plate instead of that and he insisted I take it burnt and disgusting looking so I asked for my money back and he was hesitant at first but than rudely told the other person I believe his name Is Francisco to give me my refund. I drove 20 mins to get some Mongolian and got the worst experience instead. Just wow. And to top it off I said may I speak with the manager and he said the guy who was cooking/complaining was allegedly the manager. Never coming back and wouldn't recommend any else to either!

I get it everyone wants to go home at the end of the night but it says closed at 9. I got there at 8:20 and they said they wouldn't help me bc they were closed. I said it's 8:20 and they said they close at 8:30. Honestly lazy bc they were helping a party of 6 right next to me.

This is some reasonably priced food. The noodles by far are my favorite part of the meal and it has great flavoring. The meat is decent and the veggies compliment the noodles.
