I've been a proud patron of Green Crush since they opened at Los Cerritos Center, always getting the banana Crush Juice whenever it's available. The staff here has always been young and friendly, happy to make whatever you ask. After this last visit, however, something has to be said. Over the recent years, the prices for this simple agua fresca have skyrocketed. What was once $5.25 for a regular size beverage is now over $7. Keep in mind this is just fruit sitting in ice water. Cashiers are now automated - you use a touch screen to order your beverages through a rather user-unfriendly interface. There are only two servers working at any time behind the counter, whose jobs are to scoop beverages. Other customers and I had difficult ordering this digital way and had to be assisted, taking the servers away from customers waiting for their orders to be fulfilled. Before I could even pay, the screen demands a tip. Yes, it demands a tip. Who I'm tipping, I have no idea as this process has been totally automated, and nobody has served me. You can bypass this screen by entering "0.00", as there is no "No Tip" option available. Finally, after my order ticket dispensed, I had to wait a minute or two to submit my order to a server while they were busy assisting other customers. This drink was not worth any of this hassle. Needless to say, for over $7 plus a mandatory tip, I'll make my own agua fresca.

GUAVA HIBISCUS Fresh Guava Hibiscus Crush Juice. Overall taste and quality are freshly fresh and delicious. It's very unique in flavor. It's hard to describe. It is very satisfying to the taste buds. I definitely recommend this location due to their outstanding customer service experience. Very clean and sanitized. Their parking lot is spacious and easy access. Their's restroom throughout the mall for your convenience. This place is unique in their own way, from design and presentation, it's pretty nice. If you're in the area, stop by and say hi. The employees were super nice and let me try multiple flavors before I ordered since it was my first time. The store must have a great manager because even on a busy weekend the store was clean, customer service was on point and drinks came out quick and refreshing!Will definitely be back next time I'm in the mall.

Ordered a Cucumber Lime 5 gallon catering jug. It was a last minutes order done for a family party and Green Crush came through getting the order done quickly for me. The juice was a hit at the party!!!! We should have ordered more.

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available for take outs and has some indoor & outdoor seating available with no limited capacity inside and outside the shopping mall. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my drink from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is massive since this place is located inside a huge shopping center. I suggest arriving early at the mall or else you will struggle to find a parking spot. Drink: I ordered a large mango juice. It was so cold and refreshing. They use real fruits to make the drinks, so it is healthy and good for you. Staff: The staff here are very fast, kind, and accommodating. I asked the staff here for less ice in my drink, and they were able to give me a drink with less ice. I have no idea why at the other locations, the employees said no. The store itself seem very neat, tidy, and organized. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

The fruit was old. Strawberries were old and mushed, pineapples were too ripe and mooshed. Cucumbers were soggy. Waste of money. Picked around to see what was good, threw majority away.

Omg. Please these drinks are literally crack. They are soooo good. They use fresh fruit but i feel like they add a good amount of sugar.. but it's literally so good i dont care. Holee moly guacamole. They were giving out free samples.. the guy working there serving samples on May 2nd at 4:40pm was so lively and super nice and patient. I tried almost every drink and ended up getting a mix of guava hibiscus and cantaloupe. It's so good. The cantaloupe is really really sweet, and the guava hibiscus adds hints of sour notes that cut through the sweetness just a little bit, making the perfect fresh sweet mix. I'm absolutely in love. I'm so sad i live kind of far from here.. i would come to this mall just to get a drink from here. Get the biggest size, you won't regret it. It's only $00.50 more and trust me, it is not too much liquid.The cucumber lime is perfect if you want something more sour and fresh than sweet.The pomegranate mojito tastes pretty minty yet refreshing.The mango, watermelon, and cantaloupe are just sweet. I think the cantaloupe is the sweetest.The guava hibiscus is a little sour but mostly sweet.Pls come u will not regret. 11/10 would recommend 100000%
