Overall my experience was great. It was our first time and our waitress was super friendly and helpful in helping us choose the best option for us. We ended choosing the meat lovers package and the amount and food was perfect for two people. Being a Friday it was a given it was busy and pretty lively but she made sure to check on us when she could.

Felt very rushed. They limit the time ypu can be seated.table was dirty with caked up food I could scrape off with my nails but they couldn't clean with a towel. Took long time for foods to cook and we had to request that they increase the temp twice. Ice cream was already melting when we received it. Neat had good flavor and sides were good.

This place had some of the best service i've ever experienced, they also noticed i was celebrating an anniversary and they gave us a free ice cream. the waiters and waitresses were constantly checking in on us and refilling our drinks and asking if we needed anything. the staff was friendly and easy to work with. They all congratulated us on our way out and made small talk with me while waiting for my date to arrive. 10000/10 experience

Service was good, staff was very attentive, however the kitchen was slow, we were only given 90 minutes to eat but it took the kitchen almost 20 minutes before getting our first order. Our server did give us extra time to order the last round. Food wise, meat quality was good, however the seasoning is really salty, we had to wash the garlic shrimp with waster. Salad dressings are also way too salty, not sure why it is so salty now. Not sure if we will go back to Gyukaku, there are many other choices for similar price.

Service was slow. I had to ask the server if we could get meats soon after waiting for a good amount of time. I also had to remind her that we were still missing a sauce she mentioned for one of the meats. She was really nice; however, her delivery was slow.

My review is mainly regarding reservation. I made a dinner reservation online for me, my partner and baby with stroller accommodation. I was notified our table was ready, however, when we immediately approached the front counter, we were requested to wait. We were seated 15 minutes after the notification. The manager gave our table away to another party of 3 without checking the lady's name first. He did not take accountabilty of this and had let us know the notifications is not confirmation that we would be seated right away. He also requested for another family of 6 were over their timeframe and requested them to leave to provide the table for us. My partner and I were not happy about this service overall.
Was sat promptly with our reservation, great service, good food and drinks. Will return for sure!

The service was great. The food i think is good in terms of taste but portions and value is not so good. We were there when it wasnt busy but we would still have wait time between orders and the portions are small. They will tell you its a lot but its not.

We came with a big party and did the all you can eat menu. The meats were very good. They also brought the food out quick after you ordered.
