Did not open
The waitress, Norma, was amazing. Very attentive, and did not mind us wanting to sit outside. She wanted us to be happy and really took care of us. She was fantastic. Great experience.

Alex was our server tonight, and he was so kind and attentive. He's a hardworking man and we appreciated how kind he was despite being the only person in the restaurant. Thanks Alex!

Terrify food
The best service,
food was on table wipe , and left on seats 😡 we was directed to that table , not good ... IHOP know for thier hot meals and clean restaurant. We need time to relax , it's not meant for a dash eat and out , very unhappy
When It comes to chain breakfast places. You have a few choices but this place is perfectly located for a group outing or to sit and eat before your movie. The staff was very friendly.
7 dollar deals
The price for one breakfast sampler and a cup of coffee was almost $25.
The eggs were rubbery and had literally no flavor ( which made me wonder if they were real eggs) the bacon was greasy and overcooked. The sausage was undercooked and had no snap. The French toast was so cold that the butter wouldn't melt. It also came with a pancake that was served on a separate plate at the same time and was also cold and the butter also didn't melt. The service was mediocre. When the server asked me how everything was. I said... it's not very good. He then just turned and walked away. At the end of the meal I thanked him for the service and I still left an appropriate tip but I will never go back there again.
We usually go to a different location. This IHOP was new so we thought we would give it a try. Maybe it's just this location.
This location has definitely improved from before and provides an overall better experience. I would say that this place feels like it runs better than the average IHOP although the location itself is pretty small. The service was better than before, the food was good, and it was overall a decent time. I definitely do not mind coming here if I am in the area.

Great service by Rodolfo our server! He was friendly, very attentive and efficient! Food was great also!!!!
They were very busy since it was free pancake day but we were seated quickly and order taken right away. The food was hot and delicious.
This is a newer location that has opened up and I think it’s a nice addition as a breakfast spot in Cerritos.
Food: The food is decent and portions are big. We got the Belgian waffles - they were way too crispy, you could hear the crunch as I bit into it. However, the flavor was nice. Other people in my party got omelets and they said it was good and well seasoned. I really enjoyed the hash browns. They were nice and crispy and had the perfect hint of flavor.
The toast came out barely toasted, it just felt like raw bread.
Ambiance: diner style family sit down restaurant. It was clean and the booths were comfortable
Service: the hostess was very nice and helpful. She kept us updated on the wait times and was very friendly. Our server seemed confused and kept getting our order wrong, it was a bit frustrating.
Price: it was very reasonable. We paid less than $30/person including tax and tip and we all got a coffee/tea with a main entree.

Fast and friendly service. Very small location but it was a good experience.
Food still good. Prices keep rising. Restrooms are clean. Visit was weekday morning (8am). Had to wait a while to be seated, or even see anybody, for that matter. Problem seems to be a lack of waitstaff.
