Went here at 4pm to get orange juice and was told by the male Mexican employee they wouldn't make it for us because they just cleaned the orange juice machine. How ridiculous is that? You have another 4 hours until closing to clean it. What happens if the next person wants it? Obviously, who would want to drink out of a dirty juicer? I cannot believe they refused to make the drink and it's probably the easiest thing to do.

We just came today at 7:27 p.m. The employee said it was closed already, but we saw them cleaning the floor. It is posted on their door that they close at 8 pm on Sundays. They need to update their signs.

I walked in and there was one employee working, and the employee was busy. I told him I'll be right back. I came back in less than 10 minutes and placed my order for an oatmeal. The employee said there is no oatmeal at this time, we don't have packets, and my manager has to place orders for oatmeal. So then I decided to order a coconut bowl with fruit on top. The employee said we don't have the waffle toppings on top. My response was It's ok, maybe add bananas if that's ok. The employee said ok, and I was on my way to work. I think maybe he made up that there is no this and that because he was the only employee. But I will try and go again as I like Jamba Juice, maybe at another location. Thank you!

Excellent service from the kind gentleman that assisted us today.. we came on Sunday 3/23 at 1pm. He was all alone but yet was courteous and worked as fast as he could during a midday rush.

I came in to get a drink, went straight to the restroom and the guy working at the cash register stopped me asking me if I am getting something…. No duh why would I be here if I wasn’t going to get anything? Work on customer service for a large company like this…. Won’t be back.

I had a great experience at Jamba Juice thanks to Cass and Ana! I ordered a protein smoothie without realizing it had banana in it. I'm allergic, so this was a big issue for me. When I approached them to see if there was any way to fix my mistake, they were incredibly understanding and helpful. They provided a solution that not only resolved the problem but also made my day even better. Their kindness and excellent customer service truly stood out. Thank you so much, Ana and Cass, for going above and beyond!

Got a tad grossed out. The cashier who charged my order also made my bowl. Which is fine if she had washed her hands. It’s pretty gross seeing someone handle a register, touch their face, mouth, and scratch there head. To top it off rub their nose ,and not wash their hands. Didn’t know I had to ask for someone to wash their hands before preparing food.
To add on, the constant conversation between the workers, instead of preparing my bowl. Pretty frustrating having to hear about you taking a test, paying your phone bill, and going home to clean. Then hearing them talk about another employee while not getting a move on to my order. Just basic work place etiquette. If this is how they are in front of a customer. I can’t imagine how gross food prep must be with nobody is there.

Find another juice/ smoothies stores, this Jamba in Cerritos would give customers what they had (in surplus lol), ordered the Mango smoothie and requested just mango ice cream with milk no juice, got banana smoothie instead!! ? They only used 2% milk, and the lid straw cross hole was too tough for the extremely soft straw to insert!! ? The store was dark inside on 9/07/24 around 10am, and didn't smell pleasant but weirdish... It was worst tasted smoothie, not sweet and no banana/ mango flavor!! Wouldn't recommend Jamba and they've lost my business from now on!!!

Service has declined. Staff isn't friendly. One young man is clearly uninterested in being there. He kept asking me to repeat what I said, and all the time has an apple airpod in his ear, like... what?
