I had issues with an online order. I thought it didn't go through. I ended up purchasing in person. Got my drink in less than five minutes. I've frequent this location due to it being the closest to work. I love have fast they are! I ended up noticing the online order actually went through. Saw the purchase on my account. Gave them a call & kindly explained to them the situation. They were able to refund me my pick up order quickly! Thanks!

The workers are amiable and customer service has always been quick, but after many years of going here, then pausing during pandemic, and then coming back, this location is crumbling (literally). It's passably clean, but you can see that the interior walling is chipping here and there, which is understandable, but my main gripe is always, THE SMELL. Every time I stop by this location, no matter if it's early in the morning or later in the afternoon it always smells like trash. Always. Somebody needs to let them know to do something about the smell. Please.

Ordered a large orange dream with Whey protein and energy boost It was watery and tasted like nothing but orange water so upset. simple instructions can't be followed need to do a better job at training your staff $8.75 down the drain. Spoke to Mgr Samantha Smith by phone not gonna even say what she had to tell me. Won't be visiting this Jamba anymore.

I love Jamba Juice. Bananaberry (no longer on their menu but you can still order it) and mango-a-go-go are my go-tos. I had a birthday reward but the store's system wasn't applying it correctly. I asked if I could use my reward online but if they can make a bananaberry instead and they happily did so. Thank you for the great service and not giving me a hard time!

I ordered a Plant based Pumpkin Smash with unsweetened almond milk instead of oatmilk. They used oatmilk anyway and my smoothie was very watery. Will never return to this location. They can't get basic directions right.
Terrible service didn't greet us and wouldn't honor a BIRTHDAY smoothie coupon. This location is garbage!

Stopped by with a mobile coupon for bogo free drinks that didn't work. Anna was the sweetest and helped us out with applying it manually anyway!! Parking in the front was plentiful on a weekday morning, the store was clean and the drinks were perfect. Big thanks to Anna who was the nicest ever, we're so appreciative :-)
