So me & my mom went to get our lunch here & the lady made us wait 15 minutes for our food. No problem but the line started to get long & we had trouble putting our credit card in the machine & she kept saying “your card isn’t working. Uhh no it’s your machine that isn’t working. We must’ve put 2 different cards in the machine & she said it was no good. We had to wait a minute & then we had to do it manually!! FIX YOUR MACHINE!! Don’t tell us it was our cards because we did different credit cards & it worked perfectly before with no mess ups!! Very frustrating!! Won’t be going here anymore & this was are spot too. And it’s how she said “you have another credit card? This one isn’t working” is how she said it so loud so the whole place could hear!! I think She was the manager. She needs to find a different job!! Terrible worker!!

This location really needs to work on management. This update is due to the reply the business owner responded with to try to solve matters from my last visit. So they include an email to reply to, which I sent a follow up email and they don't reply. I think they reply on Yelp just to save face that they try to solve their issues, but it's just a front. If I go back to Jersey Mike's, I hope the other locations have better service.

Who doesn't Live a great sub sandwich! Out of all the sandwich places to choose from Jersey Mikes has them all beat! Freshly sliced meats, great baguettes of bread to choose from and stacked high. Mikes way I'd the best of course. Olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette, oregano and salt and pepper. YUM!

After a long day of stressful work. My wife and I were craving for a delicious Jersey Mike's sandwiches in Cerritos, CA on 183rd Street. The assistant manager Marisa Mendez yelled at us and kept yelling at us like if she was under the influence. Then I told her to come down we are your customers. Then continued to yell at us and she said "****** to us. I told the assistant manager Marisa and her 2 employees who were witnesses earlier tonight 7/14/23 approximately 7:30pm. I have never experienced a restaurant service like this. So this assistant manager when I asked her for her name refuse to give me her name. She wasn't wearing her name tag. I asked the rest of the crew members and they also refused to give me her name. We asked for the Corporate number and she also refused give us the number. The assistant manager yelled and pointed at us to get out! I wouldn't give a start, but in yelp you have to click on a star. Regardless, of our complain. This is a reflection of the business owner who will not do anything and allow to keep these employees working there. Whoever the owners are Jose or Larry. it seems they are only wanting the customers money and not caring for the customer experience. If the Business Owners want to apologize and do something about it. I do business in person or on the phone. I walked in to order 2 sandwiches hoping to enjoy my sandwich, the clerks were rude, unwelcoming and working without any motivation.. it was my first and last visit at this location. These 2 girls and 1 man working for this Franchise with attitude will ruin any business. They need more training. Very very bad experience! I couldn't even give a 1 star, but Yelp wants a rating. A feedback for sure I can provide.The closing male shift leader was very very rude! I was just there 2 hours ago & this male shift leader took my order. I ordered 2 Club Supreme sandwiches (it includes bacon), & as I always have done at all Jersey Mike's, I requested no turkey just double on the roast beef coz I don't eat turkey but I like the rest of the ingredients. This guy immediately denied my request saying - "No you can't have double roast beef." I said I've always requested it that way, & nobody has said anything nor denied my request. "Well they're doing it wrong," this guy said. So unhappily I said "Ok then just make it with the roast beef but no turkey." When the sandwich maker guy asked me the usual question, I said mayo, Mike's Way and pickles. "Please don't forget the bacon" I said. All of a sudden, this rude guy surprisingly spoke again (I wasn't talking to him, I was done with his rudeness, but I guess he's listening to what I say coz he's discriminating me, an Asian). "Oh no, it doesn't come with bacon!" And that really did it for me! "What do you mean it doesn't come with bacon?", I asked. At this point I was really mad now. So I pointed to the menu above. I said "I'm getting the Club Supreme without turkey. I even gave you back your turkey & you're not giving me the bacon, when the menu comes with bacon???" And he babbled something about #6, I said "I ordered #9, just roast beef no turkey, what are you talking about?" At this point he realized he was wrong but would NOT admit to it so he asked me to leave, that they're not going to serve me, etc...(his way of getting even I guess or self-redemption).You bet I gladly left!!! It was a blessing coz he lost my business & got this bad review. Needless to say we went to another Jersey Mike's, I asked for the same thing - just double roast beef, no turkey. And the nice, kind lady made my sandwiches exactly how I requested it - double roast beef, no turkey, mayo, pickles and BACON!! Never ever!

I like Subway sometimes , but Jersey Mike's is alway's the best. I got the Californian and I'm full from the Halfof the regular sub size. The staff was very friendly and quick Sandwich makers. Very clean place and worth the stop.

Food was well prepared but, the order was filled incorrectly. When I returned to correct the order, they had a poor attitude and gave me the impression that they believed I was lying and wanting a free sandwich. Eye rolling, argument and blaming me for making the wrong order. To wich I let them know that the order was placed online.

The sandwiches they make is fresh and delicious, though the veggie choices are limited selection but the protein choices have a big variety. The female staff who prepared my sandwich was very rude, she rushed to finish my order and she looks so lazy that she never made eye contact while getting my order. I left her with no tip, being rude and she handled my sandwich with no care. The meat was all scattered, I dont know her name because both of the employee did not have a name tag. I wish i could post her name so the manager can identify and teach her manners
