I am writing to provide feedback on a recent experience at your location. My visit was marked by several issues that I believe are important to bring to your attention. First, I found the pace of service to be very rushed. The staff spoke quickly and did not seem to be actively listening to my order. This led to a lack of order repetition, and consequently, some items were missed. Additionally, I noticed a discrepancy with the available utensils. While forks were provided, there were no knives available. Given that you serve sub sandwiches, a knife is a necessary utensil for many customers. Finally, a simple request to have my sandwich cut in half seemed to cause confusion among the staff, who appeared hesitant to fulfill it. These issues combined led to a frustrating experience, and as a result, I would be reluctant to recommend this location to others. I hope this feedback helps you address these areas for improvement

There is nothing wrong with Jersey Mike's if you want a very expensive sub sandwich with out having loads of options to put on said sandwich. I ordered I reg sub combo (drink and chips) and is cost over $15. For a sandwich! Maybe I am a penny pincher but that just seemed like a lot for some lunch meat, lettuce, tomato, and seasoning on a roll with chips and a fountain drink. The sandwich wasn't spectacular, it was a regular sub sandwich. I think they are a little over rated and price gouge people for a sandwich.

Jersey Mike's is a chain that prides itself on consistency. Well corporate needs to look into getting the quality of customer service at this location consistent everywhere. The Sunday morning crew here are the most polite and caring of any location I've ever been. I love coming to this location.

Friendliest crew, fresh ingredients, good proportions. Personalized attention--I sent an online order in and forgot to change the pick-up time, so I called and they changed it w/ no hassles. Awesome crew!
I love Jersey Mikes but this is the worse location I’ve visited! The employees are very unprofessional! The quality of the sandwiches is trash! I do not recommend this location at all. They need to be retrained or fired period! Maybe the owner needs to just sell this location and give up on owning a restaurant! My experience with Rosalinda was terrible and I’ll never come back to this location!

Went in today at 8:30pm to get my son food. And the girls serving were purposely going slow , avoiding or ignoring customers acting like they are busy so that they didn’t have to serve anyone. And they had all the chairs up so no one could sit and the bathroom blocked off. I honestly go here atleast 2 times a week. If they don’t want to take anymore orders then just say something before people walk in. I’m just very disappointed.

They take FOREVER making the sandwiches. Jersey mikes should think about getting the hams and rest of the meats already SLICED. It’s a whole process that takes about 40-50 minutes for one simple sandwich. Reason why subway beats them and reason why there’s more. Closest jersey mikes is in bellflower and they the same

Nine times out of ten this location gets the order wrong. The only reason I ever use this location is because the app forces this store when ordering delivery. Otherwise I will usually make the extra effort to pick up from the nearby Buena Park location which is always great.
One experience, after they left out part of the delivery order for a second time, I drove to the location to get the remainder. The manager on duty couldn't have cared less. She begrudgingly gave me the remainder of my order with no apology or consideration for my time and effort to correct their error.
I have never once had a good experience from this location, and only once was it acceptable.

I ordered 2 giant ham sub, the young lady put 6 cheese on one and 5 on the second and so I asked why only 5 one the second one? I also indicated that the lady on front also received 6 cheeses on her giant sub. The young lady actually picked up one of the cheese from the sub and tossed it out and said " it supposed to be five and now they're both five". What kind of customer training is that? I do not expect all employees to be friendly but to toss the cheese out of the bun to the trash in front of the customer and say "now they both have 5 cheese is just out right RUDE and ridiculous.
