on two occasions, same young lady with curly hair touches her nose and glasses with gloves on and keeps touching food. If it would have been mine on last visit, I would have rejected it. Didn’t want to embarrass her by saying something as she’s very sweet.

Just did a pick up order and was surprised at the employees working at this location. There are two other locations near by and had great experiences at them. The two employees working the counter were engaged in their own conversation that I had to ask for help. Told that they were working on my order. Watched one employee throw my last two sandwiches across to the other counter so that they could bag them. Later as I suspected, the sandwich was crushed up on one side and condiments were messed. Asked if I could have some napkins and all I received was a point to the napkin dispenser. It seems they did not want me to interrupt their conversation they were having. I'm the fool as I pre tipped them. I recommend not going here and going to the other near by locations as I will be doing.

Absolutely love Jersey Mike's, but don't go to this location. The EE gives you half the meat. Go to the location next to Broth, you get so much for giant sub of almost $20 bucks. I ordered 4 times within the last 2 months and all 3 times artesia was not great compared to like 18rd st. Bread tastes soggy here too so everything is bad. Here's pics to compare.

Had a pleasant visit we were the only ones in the store and they treated us like celebrities. They even said they cleared out the store because they heard we were coming in. Great customer service and will definitely tell my family and friends to eat at Jersey Mike's.

Its 8/7/2023 and I just watched the 12:45-1:20pm lunch rush and this team did a GREAT job. Four employees, all working in unison to take orders, make sandwiches, ring people up and fulfill online orders. No one needed to wait for too long and the crowd was taken care of in a very timely manner. My sandwich was made with care despite the line in front and behind me. This team knows what theyre doing, I appreciate their hard work. I wish i knew their names because they need to be recognized. Whoever makes the schedule chose the right people for this shift.

I have been to this location many times and was always satisfied until yesterday. I got the #8 with the bacon on it and I took it off because it was not fully cooked. Please stress the importance of cooking the bacon properly.

Worst location ever. They had 4 employees and didn't greet us until like 5 mins later. And then it was funny how the restroom was "out of order" when there was no sign posted and one of the employees gave someone else the code before us.

Always fresh and delicious!! They make our sandwiches "Mikes way" and package safely for delivery. We only use this location because they follow our requests. We appreciate that so much!!

The sandwiches here are delicious, worth the price you pay for. They offer a wide selection of meats, though the veggies are limited. The female staff who prepared my sandwich was very rude, she rushed me with my order and the meat was scattered everywhere that when my I opened the wrapper to eat my sandwich, the meat was everywhere. I wish they wear a name tag so I can post her name here. The manager should train them to be polite. I did not leave a tip. She does not deserve it at all. She was so lazy while making my sandwich
