Just like Manila! The food is always good here. My recommendation: try the three-piece Chicken Joy. It is extremely good!

Employee taking orders via drive-thru was rude and inattentive. My partner & I ordered politely and the employee didn't pay attention to what we were saying because they didnt punch in our orders correctly. Not only were they rude, they also didn't give us the correct order that we paid for. That employee might have had a long shift, but please try not to take it out on customers who weren't rude to you in the first place.

This new Jollibee recently opened up in Artesia. We were in the area and decided to stop by and grab a bite to eat after we saw the bright red bee mascot. I've been to other Jollibee locations - usually located inside Seafood City - but this one was a standalone restaurant with super clean tables and bright lights.Service was pretty good, but there seemed to be more workers than needed. The restaurant has a fairly big dining area, but half was closed - probably because it was already quite late.Food was standard - ordered chicken (only spicy left otherwise we'd have to wait over 20 minutes for original) and spaghetti as well as some burger steak to-go for my friend while I feasted on the mango and peach pie. That pie was super tasty, especially when piping hot; pie is wider than a regular apple pie from McDonald's and shorter in length. I realized how good it tasted and by the time I had offered some to my friend, I had unknowingly finished more than half. As for the chicken and spaghetti - both good; standard Jollibee taste.We also got an order of fries. Would probably not recommend getting this unless you can get a guarantee that they're fresh. Our fries were super cold and limp, probably one of the worst fries I've had at a fast-food type place.They have a private lot for parking as well as drive-through.

Just really sad that this location has permanently closed. It is so convenient to buy Jollibee if you just came from seafood city. Plus they are very efficient in getting food served fast. I had lots of birthday parties of my children here when they were younger. Just praying the regular friendly staff such as the cook and the elderly custodian got new jobs too. Not to mention its a pokestop.

Their staff are too slow, kept chatting even there are customers around. Waited for an order for thirty minutes which supposedly 10 minutes(according to them). Hello top guns of Jollibee, you need to train your people about customer service and efficiency

Customer service deserves NO STAR. I called to place an order for pick up (taking it to work for lunch) and a dude picked up and took my order. He told me that it's going to be 15 minutes. I was surprised that there's a wait at a fast food chain restaurant. It's ridiculous! So I got there, no line and I was next in line to pay for my phone order. When I told the cashier about the phone order I had placed 15minutes ago, she had no idea and had to ask (not her to be blamed at though) it's the fatlazyass aka manager standing behind that counter along with 2 more employees standing around doing nothing. They finally "remembered" about the phone order. ....after all, you would think that it's all ready and I can get out of there since I am going into work & running late (this is why I ordered by phone to speed up everything) BUT NO. I ended up waiting 10 more minutes for a spaghetti & a piece of chicken!!!

Within 5 minutes we arrived and they said it will take 30 minutes for our order. 45 minutes has passed and our order was still not ready. Does not even apologize. And while waiting inside another customer got upset about his incomplete order. Also, ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING!!! Most of the time my take out order is missing something or incorrect. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE!

4-5 times I have gone to Jolliebee on Norwalk in the past 3 months and notice they always run run out of Spicy Chicken. I have to go to the one on South street. The one on South street ALWAY have spicy chicken when I go around 6-7PM. Management at the Jolliebee in Norwalk need to up on their spicy chicken orders. Plus the one on South street are faster with service
They NO LONGER offer CORN as a side !!! ... Very Disappointed !!!! .... The only side options are steamed rice, adobo rice, and mash potatoes/gravy.

Never had Jollibee so decided to pop on by to try it for take out. Got their #1, which is the most popular. Due to covid, their soda machine isn't available so the only drink available is a pineapple drink. I opted to remove the drink (since I just got boba) and it was 50 cents less. However, my hubby noticed that if you want the pineapple drink they charge an extra 50 cents or so but why are they charging the extra 50 cents if the pineapple drink is the only option available at this time? Does sound too fair to me. The food is good. Th fried chicken was crispy and juicy inside. Pretty comparable to other fried chicken places and I did appreciate that the breading wasn't too salty. I got the mashed potato side and it was delicious. But they did give us a lot of extra gravy.
