Most times this place is great! Today was not One of those days. The lady was extra rude and messed up are order. Then rolled her eyes. Miss raggedy ann should not be in customer service if she hates people.

30 cents for a bbq sauce is crazy. Not like we didn't spend over 20 bucks. I suggest churches or Popeyes!

Place an online order to be picked up at a certain time but my food was prepared 28 minutes before I got there wasn’t up under a heat lamp but was cold when I got home and the manager is rude and very unprofessional

Absolutely worst experience I have ever had with a KFC. Ordered online, they accepted my order and when we showed up they denied they had my order. As I walked away they marked my order ready and picked up. I never received my order or a refund.

Customer service is the worst
Or they dont like their job.
And their one sauce per 8 chicken nugget policy sucks. The girl wouldn't give me an extra sauce even though I spent over 30$ in chicken and nuggets .and I wasn't gonna run my debit card for a packet of sauce .im done with kfc.

The quality of KFC has gone down so much! The “secret recipe” fries were cold and hard and the coleslaw was way too sweet. I am surprised that this chain is still up and operating especially with all the other competing chicken spots. I do not think they will last another decade, unfortunately and it’s also very overpriced for the quality of food you are getting. I will not be eating KFC ever again.

There were only two workers. One was just chilling and eating while the line was super long, and the other looked annoyed and was moving really slow. I ended up waiting over 45 minutes for my food.

I'm allergic to strawberries and the $7 famous bowl comes with strawberry poppers. I asked EBELIN the manager, kindly if she could substitute them for the Cherry poppers instead. Both are 4 for 2.49. she told me no. Take it or leave it. she also had this look in her face like she didn't want to be there and I was making her life even worse. Plus I'm allergic to strawberries she has no companionship or hospitality towards it.. Sad and she is your Manager. No wonder sales have been bad. I got experience id probably do better too. Smh

Came in on 5/31/25 right at 9pm they already had store ready to close up when there time says they close till 10pm and they didnt let me use the restroom when i came in to pick up a online order that i placed they told me restroom was closed already

This is the best KFC bar none!
The lady at the register twisted my arm until I bought more than I went there for!
She was awesome :)
And the food was well cooked as well.
Now all I want to do is Chicken out! :)

Spent $50 for the family meal which is way over priced, order got lost in the shuffle (4 orders after mine went out first with no apology) then got my order wrong (luckily I checked) still no apology and then get home and find out that they gave me white meat when I specifically ordered dark with her even confirming. Definitely not worth the money!
