It's probably best you go here at a time when it's busier. The donuts looked good but were stale. It has been sitting out. I don't like that there's no enclosure over the donuts so bugs can't land on them but tried them anyway, they looked so good! And yep, stale. But A for presentation and effort. Will update if I get a fresh one another time.

Wow!!!! Donuts are amazingly good!!! and then I tried their Vietnamese coffee and again so good. Highly recommend this place. The customer service was excellent. He even let me try some donuts amazing place I'll be back.

This is probably some of the BEST customer service that I have ever encountered. Of course I will be returning for the donuts and croissant sandwiches (delicious) BUT the customer service is what is really be drawing me back... Long story short I was having a bad morning, I was supposed to be going to Starbucks to do my work, I stopped in Knead to get a sandwich... while I was waiting the sweet woman asked if I wanted a donut because they just came out and they were hot... of course I accepted . The first bite WAS AMAZING, melted in my mouth literally. That really made my morning so much better. Thank you , if you are reading this. Also the man offered to let me do my work in there, which was so kind but my friend wanted to meet at Starbucks next door (she sucks) ... but thank you so much ! I highly recommend this place. They have a great selection of donuts .
I have yet to try their donuts, so my review is all based on their coffee. They have Vietnamese coffee that isn't posted on their menu, but don't be shy! It's definitely worth asking for. They have a variety of sweetness which is convenient. The coffee is very full and flavorful - great Vietnamese iced coffee!!

First of all, that cute robot, offering samples right in front of the store is such a brilliant idea and wonderful investment that basically says, come and have a free sample, as well as welcome in! Although we didn't take a free sample, it did definitely draw us in. We were immediately greeted with such warmth and friendliness by a young lady. We asked what was good and she made some recommendations, but also went above me on by stating that they had some fresh crème brûlée donuts that had just come out, and she literally got the tray and placed it in front at the counter. That sold instantly on the service! We made a remark about how fresh donuts are so wonderful and she made a couple of other recommendations based on donut flavors that had just come out. We ended up getting five different donuts, and all of them were wonderful! We also love that they have seasonal flavors, and they actually had flavors with icing that represented Lunar New Year! This truly underscore their seasonal and holiday based selections! Will definitely come in for Valentine's Day, as well as other special occasions. And they have a cute little sign by the cash register that says they will work hard to feed their dog! That's a cute way of showing heart and dedication! Will definitely be back!

I'm always down for good donuts. I'm kind of a purist and don't really go for the type with tons of toppings but this place has it all. It's a cute little shop that had so many beautifully decorated treats on display. It was almost 8 on a Friday night and I was happy to see they were still serving HOT DONUTS! The first thing that caught my eye were the butter croissants drizzled in their donut glaze - I mean, whattttt???? They looked so golden and yummy. When the young lady at the counter told me that they we're fresh from the oven, it was a done deal. I also grabbed a "Tiger Tail" also still warm. It is large twist donut of glaze and chocolate cake donut together! My heart was racing at this point because I couldn't get back to my car fast enough! The ladies there were so sweet and helpful. I live in West LA but would definitely make the drive to Cerritos for these scrumptious goodies. Small shops like this are the best - I could taste the love and care put into every single bite.

I had heard about these fabulous donuts so I stopped in to get a box as a birthday gift. Good Lord I had a heckuva time picking what to get. I picked five and they put them in a box for me and off I went. I had about three hours before I was going to my friends house. The smell of them was glorious. Stupid me opened the box and I had two of them. I was staring down the third one which was the crème brûlée. It's spoke to me. Yes I ate that one too. Back I went. I got five more boxed up with extra tape. I did not dare take them home so I went to my friends house a little early to save the lives of the donuts. You will not be disappointed I promise. Yes they are a little expensive but worth every penny. Please don't Eat the entire box.
