Kura Revolving Sushi Bar

I've reviewed the Kura Revolving Sushi Bar in Cypress previously, and many of my praises translate directly to this locale here in Cerritos. The food, atmosphere, and pricing is exactly the same. It's a fun experience that is best enjoyed with a group. In this case, it was worth my family. We wanted to return to Kura mainly because of their current collaboration with the anime/manga series, One Piece. At my teens' insistence, we came so they could collect the One Piece collectors items, but having the added benefit of great food to enjoy certainly didn't hurt the experience. Kura Revolving Sushi Bar continues to be one of my family's favorite food trips. And I'm sure we'll be back again soon as soon as my kids find out what the next IP collaboration will be.

Always delicious. Never had a problem. And the sushi is always made perfectly. Worth the price for two people considering my parent and I stuff our faces here lol.

Excellent experience! Food was fantastic and I loved the beverage robot. Every once in a while our order screen played loud music, but other than that minor thing, it was excellent! I will absolutely return

Absolutely terrible experience. Despite having a reservation, I was forced to stand outside for over 30 minutes before being seated. The staff were unbelievably rude, dismissive, and acted like they were doing us a favor just by acknowledging us. Once inside, the service was even worse—waiters with attitude, zero professionalism, and no sense of courtesy.

The food? Completely disappointing. Bland, low-quality, and definitely not worth the price or the time wasted waiting. Combine that with the miserable service and you’ve got one of the worst dining experiences imaginable.

Avoid this place at all costs. There are far better restaurants in the area that actually respect their customers’ time and serve decent food.

I decided to give this place another try after the place smelled of bleach.. The food was underwhelming and the experience wasn't amazing. We had a server take some of our dishes before we were finished with them but by that time, that person already mixed the food with other trash. It might be better for the customers to see how many plates they actually put in and they need to have a space for the stuff that goes in the trash (ex: edamame skins)
It's good for a fast quick meal but nothing I'd rave about.
