This place is an absolute disaster,I went to the one in Irvine many times and always been super happy! But this one on south street is a no no,never again! Food is dry and taste old,customer service super rude! Website sais combination plate under $15 In the store is $25,when asked her and showed her (Jenny),she said that is an old price from their old location and prices are now different! I see why their rating are so low! Also place is dirty 😟 Do yourself a favor and trust the reviews! I do not recommend this place at all!

l&L in Cerritos has always been good quality food and customer service. I hate to say, but their spam misubi is even better than local Hawaiian spots near my area. I’ve gotten them to cater my parties several times over the last year and friends and family always comment how good it is compared to other places. I will and have always recommended this specific location

My girl bit into the spam musubi and she spat it out. the musubi was rot! And it smelt nasty! Old rice is no joke. It’s dangerous and can definitely make you sick!
I didn’t even bother finishing my plate after seeing that!

You never give enough katsu sauce for the meal. Also when ordering through Uber eats there should be a section for adding any additional notes. Also on your menu when ordering add sides to the menu so we can possibly order more sauces or anything else. Also fix the cut of the katsu chicken. They need to be better. Also make sure you load items in bag neater. I just opened my bag of items and found sauce spill all over on the inside. Fix all this and you’ll get more stars.

Ownership here obviously has changed, the worker’s were welcoming but the new owner ignored us while he was taking a big future phone order. Also prices are higher than your average L&L Hawaiian
Just waited 35 minutes for them to make a 2 dish meal, and can't cancel the order because it's on grubhub. We'll you just lost a customer for life because you guys are lazy as hell...

On Uber Eats I cant add utensils to my order. It’s also disabled to add any note for the restaurant. Also I can’t get through on the phone. I’m gonna be pretty pissed off trying to eat with my bare hands.
