I recently visited this place- like a family restaurant with a large group of over 10 people. I was pleased to see they offer menu options perfect for sharing with a crowd. We ordered two sets of the “Lucille’s Tour of BBQ” along with mashed potatoes on the side. The bread served before the meal was delicious, and the high-energy staff really elevated the fun atmosphere.

One of the best parts is the convenient parking lot—it’s spacious, and since the restaurant is located inside a mall, it felt very safe.

Our server is great! The server in the bar side. The host/hostess is not nice. I'm so disappointed with them. The lady sat us on the left side of the restaurant. I went to the front and asked them if we can move bec it's too cold where they sat us. But the host, a tall guy, said they can move us but it is much colder there. It's a ridiculous answer. I told him, we want to move bec it's cold then you'll transfer us to much colder?! Then he said there's no available, they didn't even offer the tables at the bar, i saw 2tables are available. So we went to the bar's table,and they're whispering something to each other. They're so mean and i think they're racist. Esp that big guy! No respect!
Hope the management will tell them the proper way to treat a customer. This is unacceptable. Even when we went out they won't even say thank you...tsk tsk! No customer service.

The food was horrible, not like back in the day Lucille's. My rip tips were hard and dry. My greens were dried out. The corn had no flavor. The drink had 4 different alcohols in but tasted like watermelon syrup. It was such a horrible night for dinner. Never again!

Everything was great and the service definitely will make me come back again. Stop by for some delicious bbq and I recommend the Lucille's Old Fashioned Whiskey drink!

This is the best local BBQ in So Ca (and I know BBQ).

The ribs are so tasty & a great value. Craft drinks or simple water, your cup is always full (I.e., great service), and the decorations are whimsical and beautiful.

I had lunch here as a $10 special emailed to me for 2 pie es of chicken, potato salad, pumpkin mousse, and a lemonade. I could choose soda or a tea drink as substitute. The chicken was overcooked and spicy seasoned. I had to drench in in BBQ sauce to help get it down. The chicken also had a slight smokey taste.

Kid-friendliness: As accomodation of kids as a erage restaurants are.

I dont know what's on with them but we had a party of 24 and one server .Not his fault he did the best he could do . Shame on Lucille's .It took forever to get our food and it was cold biscuits were like a rare find .At the end of this chaos no suckers.under staffed is the word of the day.
