Service was good the place was mostly empty. BBQ was good, sides as well. We got desert to take home. The Banana pudding has NO BANANAS or nilla cookies, its got dry crumbs inside instead ~ I give it a -1, yuck!
I am writing this review as a mom. I enjoyed this Lucille's location better than some of the others because I was on a date with my Son and it was a great setting for that. I got the Po Boy sandwich and it was delicious. I loved the shrimp breading and the large breaded pickle was great! My son had the ribs and they were falling off the bone tender. I recommend you try it for sure.
We celebrated our 52nd wedding anniversary with dinner at Lucille's in Landmark Square, Cerritos. My wife and I both enjoy good barbecue, and Lucille's didn’t disappoint. Our waiter, Able, was friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. I had a minor issue with the tri-tip I ordered, but Able handled it quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated. It made for an overall great dining experience.
