Mabuhay means welcome in tagalog and unfortunately they're not welcoming at all. Staff is overworked and hates their job. It's time to move on and do something else for a living.

I used to worked here and I love their cleanliness and food handling so I always order here. The reviews here are so right with their attitude. I was picking up my catering order and the lady owner is so rude to me in the beginning. She said I can only pay cash with my party trays. I was offering politely if i can pay Zelle/Venmo. She went in the back kitchen and told her staff that she'll delete my number and "chempo pa naman mainit ang ulo ko" in tagalog. my gosh, she didnt know I speak kapampangan so I heard everything. I straight up told her that she's so unprofessional to say that! Then she went back again in the kitchen she said that I understood what she said! The cook that I used to work with confirmed that I speak Kapampangan. Im sorry but Ate Tess' food is good but the owner's demeanor is trash. I will pass. You just lost a customer that always order here, and I will spread the word with my friends. Do not order here! Why are you requiring cash only? Please file your taxes properly dear!

I love their Filipino food but man their courtesy and hospitality is awful! Filipinos are well known for these traits but the Filipina lady at the counter probably not having it!

After reading the reviews, I was compelled to write one. The food is here is authentic and delicious. Our family orders food for all our parties from here. They have the best kare-kare, dinuguan, and lechon kawali. In a turo-turo , one does not look for customer service but rather the quality of the food. They are top-notch!

I've been going to this joint for years now and the food is generally good and tasty. However, I have a feeling of bad vibes whenever the owner is out front and taking orders. She seems fake and only projects a facade of friendliness just to get your business. She just rubs me the wrong way. The last time I visited the place, the owner was at the counter. When I was paying, the credit card machine initially did not accept my card. The owner tersely said that I pulled out my card "too soon". What the!! I pulled my card out only after I entered my PIN and pressed enter. Is that "too soon"? She then told me to enter my PIN again and that she would do the rest. When she did it, the machine would still not accept my card. She then said that I might have entered the wrong PIN. She went ahead and swiped my card instead of inserting it, and this time it worked. It was the machine that was in error but all this time owner made me feel that it was all my fault. I kept my cool and just let it go that time. Next time she does me wrong, I would have to let her know my thoughts.

The food is OK but the customer service is definitely not welcoming. I'm filipino and the lady who had her ponytail was calling me name behind my back in tagalog. I don't know if she's the owner but definitely not a place to go to. She's so unprofessional and shouldn't be handling customers period.

The food here tastes very similar to my Mom's cooking. If your craving Filipino food and don't want to pay higher prices of the other restaurants in town, come here.

I love the food here. They have a lot of selections here. This place is my favorite spot to eat. Please have patience with the servers there. They are kind people but everybody is not perfect.

This is my go-to place for Filipino comfort food. Its small space and cafeteria-like setup belies the authentic and flavorful cuisine it offers. My personal favorite is their "dinuguan" which closely reminds me of my Mom's version. They'll give a free cup of soup or broth on request. This gem deserves its 5 stars!

Kind of an odd experience. Mom and I got here just before 10AM and they were out of a lot of items we were interested in. I guess they open at 7AM and ran out of tocino and garlic fried rice. They only had tapa available which we passed on. We decided to give these guys a shot since we were already parked in the very front. We just got 1 item plates with steamed rice totalling about $16 including a mango drink. Mom got a fried fish and rice which was acceptable. My plate was the mung beans and veggies which I poured over my rice. OK dish and could have been better. Although we were eating the food in the dining area, the counterperson packed most of it as to-go and had the fish on a paper plate. The person we got at the counter was OK, not rude nor friendly. It sounds like we did not get the owner that other yelpers have encountered. This place appears to be very small biz (although other yelpers say they have some connection to Goldilocks on the other side of the plaza?) They have a bunch of styrofoam items stored on top of one of the tables. They have some Filipino artwork on the wall. There are lots of Filipino food options in the area so, this may be a pass on a second visit.

This kitchenette has a variety of good food, and sold at a reasonable price for the right amount of serving. Unfortunately, for the several times that I have visited the place, there is only one server who happens to be the cashier as well. This means very, very slow service. Taking into consideration the food and service, a 3.5 stars will do until improvements can be seen.
