I've went to Mac at Cerritos a few weeks ago and still can't forget the attentive customer service I've received. Special thanks to Frankie she was very kind, helpful and attentive. We talked about burlesque and she helped me find the shade beet In their Mac lip liner that I've been looking for a while now. Thank you so much I'd definitely come again.

I came into the store no one welcome me or will try to help. I was trying to buy three mascaras and there's nobody at the register. I was told to wait. That's a wrong answer for me if I want to buy, there should always so want the register ready to cash out. Too bad I left place gets one star.

I always have a good experience at this store. Whether I'm purchasing something or coming in just to ask for a sample of a new product, I always feel welcomed at this location. Frankie, the assistant manager assisted me and she was very sweet and welcoming. This location has a nice layout as well. All the new products will always be featured at the front, which is what I usually come in for to swatch, etc. Love the Cerritos store!! Thanks Frankie

MAC cosmetics workers are always terrible. They all have the attitude that they're better than everyone else for some reason. Maybe it's because they hide behind that thick mask. One girl working today on one customer for a good 20 minutes at the cash register. I asked her if anyone else was working and she said it's only her and I could come back later. Well isn't that a nice suggestion. COME BACK LATER LOL. I waited at the register and another girl came out. She decided to help a mother and daughter next to me and ignore me. Then after they finished another mother daughter walked up and she decided to ignore me again. The service here and the attitude is TERRIBLE.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would.All the ladies here ESPECIALLY Frankee are the sweetest and super helpful. I only shop at this store. I live in Santa Clarita and will wait while I'm in the area to shop. I can call in my order as well and have it shipped to my house. How's that for customer service! Frankee has been my go to girl from the beginning and will always be. Don't let the old reviews discourage you from shopping here. I know they have gone away with the recycle program but they now offer the point system. It's a win win! Go check out this store and ask for Frankee
To Frankie and the ladies of MAC Cosmetics, there are no words to express my gratitude for the kindness shown to my mother when she received her makeover last October. The back story is in May of 2022 my mother was diagnosed with Leukemia and as with many cancer patients she began to lose her hair and decide to shave her head completely. My sister and I decided to treat her to a makeover to enhance her new look and we came to the Cerritos store to have a little fun and make mom feel good. Needless to say the outcome was more than what any of us could have imagined. My mother's illness would tire her easily but once her makeover was complete, you could not tell her anything! She was dancing and prancing around that store like a teenager getting her first makeover and heading to her first date. It was such a beautiful sight, my mom would be celebrating her 75th birthday in a few days and that makeover gave her new life. Her birthday party was a special celebration surrounded by family and friends and she looked so beautiful using the products we purchased from our visit from the store that day. Sadly enough my mom lost her battle with cancer on the day after Christmas. Frankie the time and special care you spent and showed towards my mom I'm eternally grateful to you. You gave her a glow and life that I had not seen since before her diagnosis. If everyone performed their jobs with such grace and kindness this world would be a much better place. My sister has been coming to Frankee Torres for many many years, and we have met a few times. It was such a privilege to have Frankee do my makeup (and a light touch for my girls) on my wedding day. She did it -exactly- as I wanted, so that I still felt like my best self and not someone else! I couldn't have been happier. Frankee is so sweet and knowledgeable. She is my go-to for questions and really knows how to recommend the best product to showcase your best self. I cannot recommend her more. I would give more stars if I could!

This location of MAC is ridiculous. It’s annoying. First of all, You’re given a sheet of paper to fill out your name etc. Walk around with a basket and your sheet of paper. WAITING for one of the makeup artist to come and give you you’re item. This whole basket method means, “ that you’re ready to receive you item”. Lol. I was ready to buy my item and go. I’m not going to spend my whole day there.

I was there last saturday to return back to mac containers, I did not like the way they assisted me, they made me feel not appreciatted since I was getting 2 free lipsticks! SORRY!

I REALLY like the manager (I think the Store Manager) She so nice, welcoming and really wants to help. My 13 yr daughter goes there too, both with and without me to buy my cherish lipstick and she even like her customer service. This is the only MAC store I go to.
