Extremely unhappy with my order here that I had placed with ubereats. They were missing half of my order, the drinks were super watered down, and they did not pickup the phone when I had called to inquire for a resolution. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The matcha didn't taste like matcha at all. My girls wasted it. And they know matcha, 2 sips and very unsatisfied. Too expensive.

This place has the best desserts!!! Just make sure to get the big size only if you’re eating with a group of 3+ otherwise you’ll never finish the plate LOL. The only reason I’m giving this four stars is because the customer service is not great. it takes a long time for them to prepare the dessert and there’s a little human interaction which I value a lot when going to cute dessert and coffee shops like this. Otherwise a great place!! I’ve had at least six different items on the menu and loved all of them🩵

Great place to hang with a few friends to share some treats.

It can be overwhelming with all the options, i usually ask for recommendations when it's my first time. The guy working the register was asking way too many questions to recommend something, so i just opted for one on the specials board.

The wait for waffles was a little long, shave ice came out a little more quickly. Everything was great though. I would probably come back if i'm in the area.

Quality of ingredients went downhill compared to even a few months ago. Most likely this is it for me here. Twas a good run.

I came here to go shopping at the mall but when I saw it whlie driving, I told my wife that we had to stop so that I could get some lol. It was hot anyway and we had already been out for most of the day. When we got here, it was pretty busy. So it goes to show you how well known this chain is and the food is always reliably good. My favorite is the icy grass jelly signature and i've converted so many friends to liking MeetFresh because of it alone. You cannot miss! Give it a shot!

The guy who was making the food told me i must present a receipt with clear number to get my food because they want to make sure I’m not stealing food. Also, very bad altitude and bad customer service. Not recommended.

I don’t usually leave reviews because it takes extra effort, I have only left comments to support businesses if they asked, but I felt compelled to speak up after a frustrating experience at this Meet Fresh location. I hope the management team sees this and takes action to preserve the quality of the brand.

I placed an online order for a mini Q milk tea, and my husband went to pick it up. He wasn’t familiar with what I ordered, so he brought home what was labeled as the correct drink — but it turned out to be completely wrong. It was hot, had no milk, and clearly wasn’t what I ordered.

Frustrated, I asked him to drive back (a 10-minute trip each way) to request a replacement. After more than half an hour, he returned with the same drink and said the staff claimed that this drink only comes hot — which is simply not true. At that point, I was not only disappointed, but genuinely upset that the issue was handled with misinformation rather than accountability.

I’ve been a loyal fan of Meet Fresh, but this experience was incredibly disappointing. I’m sharing this so others are aware and, more importantly, so the team can address these kinds of issues and avoid alienating customers.

updated: a pricey but nice summer study spot [it can get cold from the ac]. menu's lowkey confusing and i mourn the lack of the classic red bean shaved ice, but the icy taro ball #b was alright, the base and taro/sweet potato balls were practically flavourless and more for texture [😭] but the taro paste and red bean were lovely: nutty, not too sweet, and soft yet chewy. as recommended, i tried their signature red bean soup and it was definitely more my type, very filling portion in a hot sugar water with floaties. the sesame rice balls were the best in there, too sweet but the roasted-rich black sesame flavour plagues my mind, i just wish there were more of that and less sugary broth. if you know what to order here, it hits for sure.

My husband and I were really excited to try this place, but unfortunately left feeling very underwhelmed and disappointed. When we arrived, the location was very busy and we thought that would be a good sign. Upon entering there is signage stating that this is a cashless and kiosk only café. Once we got to the kiosk the menu was extremely confusing. It took us more than five minutes to figure out where the drinks were located and what drinks we even wanted to order by the time I had found my drink, which was a iced matcha latte and a fresh milk tea with Taro. After we placed our order, we went to find seating until it was time to pick up. table that we were sitting at was not clean. In fact we ended up moving to the seating near the window instead, because it was not sanitary to sit. We did happen to come on the weekend and the inside of the café is not very large, which is fine, but the seating was very limited. It was also very stuffy. I would assume that considering how small their seating is that there would be at least some type of air-conditioning or even have the door open to let in some type of airflow.We ended up waiting at least 25 minutes for order to be called and by the time we went to pick it up we were both questioning the quality of our items. As soon as we left we both took our first step in immediately were disappointed. My iced Matcha latte was not flavorful at all. The Matcha itself was a very dirty green color and not a vibrant shade. I also ordered my drink with half sugar because I wasn’t sure how sweet the drink may be because the description left me with no idea of the taste profile. Unfortunately there was no flavor to be had even though there was strawberry purée at the bottom of my drink. I am also lactose intolerant, but unfortunately, there was no option for me to substitute my whole milk for a dairy free or lactose option which was disappointing my husband‘s fresh milk tea looks like dirty dish water and tasted like whole milk. We also order a matcha red bean waffle that was very underwhelming. There was also an unnamed item in our waffle box, a popsicle stick wrapped in blue masking tape. Not sure why that would be included in the box seeing that it looked extremely unsanitary. The waffle itself was tasteless and dry. Our order total came out to $26.80 for THREE ITEMS. My husband also experienced an allergic reaction after taking a sip of his drink, for context he is allergic to certain protein additives. This place is not worth the money, we are extremely disappointed with our experience.
