They're young workers so customer service isn't their thing. They're lazy, don't seem to know anything when you ask, once out of cookies aren't interested in cooking more if they have bigger or smaller sizes of it. Or who knows? Maybe if they're out they won't make any at all. If you ask if they have something you will be told no. My niece came to buy a giftcard & was told they didn't have any. The lady at the Stonewood Mall said they did, just got them in, that they're the same franchise so the Cerritos store absolutely has them. Well, even if they did, if you ask you will be told no. To everything. And since they don't own it they do not care if you buy anything or not. So you get what you get from here. Owner doesn't care either apparently.

Cheapest place in Los Cerritos Center to get an espresso Formerly Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Mrs. Field's Cookies offers delightful cookies, coffee & Icee's for mall guests. Back in the day, I remember there used to be a Mrs. Field's Cookies adjacent to the trashy, dumpster fire UA Cinemas. After watching a flick, I'd get a warm, gooey chocolate chip cookie to satisfy the sweet tooth. Now present day, after Mrs. Field's re-opened after a decades+ long hiatus, I can still indulge my Mrs. Field's fix. Double shot espresso My body's internal energy battery was close to zero, and I desperately needed a pick me up. A double shot of espresso did just what I wanted! Strong & bitter, I felt revved up and ready to go. Nibblers- Not wanting to indulge in a single cookie, Nibblers are bite-sized & served by the 1/2 dozen/dozen/etc. Debra's Special (oatmeal raisin w/ walnuts), semisweet chocolate chip & any Nibbler w/ M&M's were the standouts. I should have asked to have them warmed up, to make the chocolate have that gooey greatness. Service was good. The wait was minimal, and using Google Pay was quick. Mrs. Field's Cookies is conveniently located outside the Apple Store. When I've been a good boy, and feel I deserve a cookie, Mrs. Field's Cookies allows me my self-indulgence. Their cookies are great, and a double shot of strong espresso will help you power through your day. I haven't had an Icee in a very long time, perhaps when Zody's was still in operation, so I may decide to try one. Question is - do I choose red or blue? I recommend checking out Mrs. Field's Cookies.

Im really surprised to see some uneducated and unprofessional workers. I'm not sure what's going on and their level of work ethnic but they need training. First of all, they make you go back and forth from the counter to the cookie window because they don't want to move and look above to assist you. They dont offer any menu to see what options are there. Very little to no help. Something felt wrong when the worker advised that she removed her name tag cause she doesn't want anyone to know her name? Okay? Now I understand why! Very professional, not! With the lack of customer service, I decided to order one thing only so I could continue my day. My order was, Main: 1. 12 pcs Nibblers sorted flavor. Overall experience is poor. I dont recommend it, but if you don't mind by passing the customer service and only want to get the cookie, then yes! I'll definitely give them a visit to do an update in the near future. Food is standard . Service is normal . Ambiance is whatever the standard should be . Over charge for a Costco water . $2++And 10% extra for supply chain adjustment . Shame on you

I ordered 12 nibbled cookies, 6 milk chocolate and 6 white chocolate and the employee even wrote down our order on the bag as 12 cookies. I got charged $10 for the order but when I opened the bag it only came with 6 cookies. I came back to tell the employee and they insist that the order is right and accused me of eating the cookies. I am so appalled. The employees were so unprofessional and ended up arguing with me. They clearly messed up on the order but kept insisting they're right. They wouldn't even review the camera to check. I am never ordering from here again.

We love mrs fields cookies but today was justa disappointment. We spent $32 on cookies and I ask the employeee for 50 reg milk chocolate & 10 cinnamon and she was giving me semi sweet milk chocolate, I told her NO I wasn't the regular and she insisted it's the same thing and I told her my husband loves cookies and he knows the difference between the 2 and she still gave them to me and told me it's the same thing !! & to top it off she didn't give me my 10 cinnamon! Such a disappointment.

Good Evening,I do not like writing these emails but I felt like I had to say something.I have been a customer of Mrs. Fields for almost a decade. Today is my last day as a customer. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication today.I ordered online at the Cerritos location Order #: xxxxx525 for a birthday cookie cake pick up confirmed at 1730 hours.When I arrived, the associates had no idea my order was even placed. She received the order on her phone but nobody had placed it. I don't know what happened. She was apologetic and stated she could bake one right away but could not even give me an estimated time. I felt bad for her.I understand mistakes can happen but there has to be a confirmation to the customer when the order should be pick up. Domino's pizza is a billion dollar company and communicates everyone's online order.Please follow up with this so this mistake doesn't happen to your own friends and family.We lost so much time and weren't able to pick up the cake until 7PM. 2 hours after the initial time that was promised.I have pictures as proof since the associate couldn't even give me a receipt. I hope you guys find a way for this also.With the 2 hour delay, we had friends and family that could not wait much longer at the party and had to leave her birthday party without your cookie cake. I am sure everyone was pretty disappointed, some had never tried Mrs. Fields.Unfortunately, I will not be returning to Mrs. Fields no longer. We will be finding somewhere else to get our cookie cakes.

Helen the cashier (woman with dark brown/black hair) is very rude & always has an attitude. 2nd time coming to this location & she was rude again. Tried to say I couldn't buy single nibblers when just last week she let me buy 4 nibblers. She kept repeating," it's 6! It's 6!" I let her know that noooo, you let me buy 4 nibblers last week so what makes the difference this week. I'd rather drive all the way to Carson Mrs. Fields, than deal with her attitude. I even asked her if she was okay because she seemed a bit defensive and I can definitely understand that we have bad days, but both times I've come to this location Helen was rude.

I'm only giving it a one star so I can post but they really deserve no stars... I drive all the way to Cerritos mall for apple and cookies . One lady just ordered and I'm next but the girls are standing their talking . Now another girl came up behind me .. and a dude and another lady. The dude stands next to me and automatically get served I'm like oh that's the line because I've been standing here !! They both looked puzzled . He apologized but by then the worker is just looking and don't know what to say so by then I just tell them go ahead I'm ok I've been here it's four people for what and they're not even working ! I see why this place has low ratings !! I will never come back .. they all need to be written up! That's just not acceptable
