The flavor really comes out well but the seafood wasn’t as fresh. I was so disappointed to pay $65/lb for poor quality king crab legs. Their sauce was magic though.

We’ve been coming to Nine Seafood even before the pandemic, through the pandemic, and now. They never disappoint. They remember us which I love because they know how we like our food. This is rare these days that the owners and servers remember and care who you are. Their food is delicious and they HAVEN’T raised their prices even though everyone has. They really want their patrons to have a good experience. We love them!

This review is long overdue. Nine Seafood is our local seafood go to. Crab, lobster, shrimp coming out of a steaming bag with that yummy spice, what more can you want? They also have very good Thai food! And the staff are just one of the loveliest people you’ll ever meet. Highly recommended.

Great service and amazing food. Friendly workers and wait time is not long at all.
Food was delicious! Fast friendly service. The servers were very kind and attentive. I would definitely come back. Crab fried rice, Cajun fries, #3 combo all yummy! Lemons were fresh. Pink lemonade was not too sweet. 10/10 👍 👌
Seafood broil was delicious! Perfectly seasoned and the sauce was great. Service was very good as well :)
Their garlic noodles were yummy! 😋 The seasoning on the seafood bucket was a bit much for me—so if you’re like me, don’t mix everything together. It’s better to dip the seafood into the sauce instead ☺️

Food was alright. The Thai Food / Seafood Boil is an interesting combination, but eh who cares. Food quality was mid, ordered the seafood and was mediocre at best. We could see the refrigerator technicians walking out of the restaurant, cuz the frozen seafood came out to be soggy, but the seasoning was really good.

Atmosphere made me want to kms. PLEASE, staff, if you see this, LOWER THE MUSIC VOLUME. I could barely hear my party talk at the seafood music festival. Not just the loud music, but they were all the cover versions of sad, depressing songs. PLEASE 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 MUSIC CHANGE + LOWER THE VOLUME.
I get why this place is called Nine Seafood. For the Nine different times I mentally cried listening to your music. Overall, the restaurant It's aight, 3/5.
If the music reflects y'alls job liking, I believe In-N-Out pays $21/hr with 401k and benefits. Just saying. 💰
Placed an order online through their Yelp page after they didn't answer the call on 3 separate attempts
Got to the restaurant at the designated time for pick up and they didn't even see the order and tried to say the order just came in despite it being 20 minutes after I placed the order with a time stamp on the receipt
Zero accountability for making a mistake and just said to sit and wait; horrible first time experience

It's a cheating restaurant! Be cautious! It does not deserve any starts. The merchant has a Buy One Get One Free promotion on Uber Eat, and we ordered it. Found out we were missing the free item. When I called and reported the missing free item, I was told that order had been picked up, and it was done and closed. Then, my call was hung up. When I called back and asked for the store manager, the staff refused to pass the call and said "you don't need to talk to the manager!" I cannot imagine what kind of customer service this restaurant has! I didn't give up and called back again. I asked the staff "PLEASE" let me talk to the manager and let me report the issue of missing item. I was refused again. I told the lady that if she kept refusing to pass my call to manager, I will leave a bad review on Uber Eat. Guess what?! The lady said she doesn't care about having bad reviews. They simply do not want to honor the BOGO deal. Why do they offer the deal when they are being sneaky out of it????? I really don't understand them. Extremely frustrating!!! I really hope none of you will have to go through what I faced. Again, think twice before you plan to give it a try! BTW, their food is horrible!!! They are not qualified to work with Uber Eat as they simply do not have the same quality of reputation that Uber Eat has! Sad to say!!!
