Ordered via postmates and they charged me for my order and sent a message stating that the order was ready. Showed up to find that the business has closed.

Got damn, I guess I should look at my phone more often. I haven't been in town for a while. So I ordered about $50 worth of food online, got an email saying it was being prepared, drive over to pick it up, only to find out the s*** has been closed since last week!.. what the f***** that's more than enough time to update your website so I wouldn't do the d*** s*** I just did. I enjoyed the food whenever I came here, but after today I will go to other poke spots.

This is my favorite lunch spot in the area. As others have mentioned, the staff is really friendly but more importantly, the food is excellent. This is true Hawaiian style poke, not your run of the mill assembly line poke place (not that there's anything wrong with those places). I always get the same thing and it never misses. Great consistency and always fresh. If you're in the area, it's a must try.

Love this place! The fish is very fresh! Love that you can do all cucumber slices as your base and that they have gluten free sauce options. As far as care and composition making the bowls- I prefer this location over their Huntington Beach one (I've not visited any other locations yet).

3.5 stars Not a bad little place, i enjoyed their Poke. I built my own Poke Bowl but next time i am going to try one of their preselected items from the menu. The amount of food went with the price. The place was clean. The service was courteous.

Came here with my boyfriend the other day for a quick bite. I was disappointed that the store was pretty different than the one that we love in Huntington. The staff was waaaaay less friendly than what we were accustomed to. The girls on shift were focused on talking to each other and did not seem polite or nice when taking our orders. I was also disappointed that the bowls were expensive but the portion seemed smaller than the bowls from Huntington Beach. I'm convinced that I got a smaller portion than the large I ordered because I finished everything in the bowl and I usually have enough leftover for a second small meal. It was still a good bowl nonetheless; fresh fish and toppings with hot rice

THIS IS HONESTLY THE BEST POKE SPOT IN LA! I WENT HERE TODAY ON 8/8/19 AND ORDERED THE PIPELINE WAVE BOWL. I ASKED FOR IT TO BE A LITTLE SPICY AND IT WAS PERFECT. PROS: -Good amount of meat (not skimpy like other poke places) -Flavor was amazing (savory, fresh, and the macadamia nuts gave a good crunch) -Service was great (cashier and cook were very friendly and gave good recommendations) If you're in the area you have to come here! You won't be disappointed

This is my ultimate go to poke spot in town! The poke here is so good and fresh. I always get mixed fish of tuna and salmon. The sauces and seasoning is unmatched compared to other poke spots. My bf and I come here at least once a week. He gets the sunset flavor while I like to mix the spicy mayo with ponzu sauce. You can pick between rice, salad mix or cucumber. The service is quick and friendly. It's. Never really crowded so you get your food fairly quick. I can finish a small size in under 20 mins it's that good! Can't wait to come back soon.

Been going here again, a few times a month. After trying all the wannabe shitty poke places around, I can't believe I gave it a 3 stars! This place is so good, reminds me of when I'm in Hawaii! I love their spicy one!

The woman taking our order was really sweet and the poke was alright. Had an option of 2 proteins, 1 sauce and 5 toppings. Around $10 bucks for a regular poke bowl

Came here about a month ago to try their poke -- pretty good! They let you sample their sauces if you're not sure what you want, which is nice. The sign on the wall of the store doesn't quite match the little menu card near the cashier, though, which is a bit confusing. The sauces have different spicy rankings on the wall and menu card -- please fix! :( Fish itself tasted clean. I liked that the sauces were mixed into the bowls so that the flavor was distributed well. It did get a little overpowering near the end, so next time I might ask for just a little less sauce if possible. Not much seating available inside, so it's better to get an order to-go. Staff and service was friendly, interior was clean. Overall a pleasant visit and meal. Thanks!

My family and I have been eating at Cerritos north shore location since it's opened and we havent had any issues. The employees typically give the right amount of fish and sauce. HOWEVER, just recently we've been having a reoccurring issue with the employee named Chai. I'm not the type to be cheap about what I spend on fish but if I'm paying over $30, I expect to be given what I'm paying for. Chai scams us out of the correct amount of fish and toppings every time my family and I place huge orders. Sometimes we'll even look at our order and ask if it's the right size and he'll lie straight to our faces and cheat us for money. I've just about had it spending the expensive amount of money at this place just for them to cheat us out of it just for money.

It's a yes for me! The guy who typically works the cashier is so nice, helpful and patient. I always walk in and drool at the pictures on the menu for 10 minutes before I order. I never know what to order because literally everything looks good so he talks me through the options like a therapist because I treat picking the right poke bowl like it's the most important decision in my life lol! Fish is fresh but the salmon is the freshest of all options. Sauce on the Pipeline Wave Bowl has amazing flavor especially combined with the sweet onions and the crunch of the macadamia nut! I drove from Hollywood and I'll be back :)

Staff are very nice and fish is fresh, and usually the food is top notch. This has always been my go-to poke place. I love poke and I love Northshore, but I just paid $33 for 2 super mediocre poke bowls. I ordered an off the wall and paid extra for mac nuts. I basically got some raw fish (with a lot of silverskin) that tasted like it just had some soy sauce thrown on top and 2 macadamia nuts worth of crumbs. It completely lacked flavor and I was so upset after spending $33 that I had to stop mid-bite to write this review. It doesn't even taste like the Off the Wall. If it was cheap and the poke bowl was $8 that would have been disappointing, but I would probably go back, but $15 per bowl + $1.50 for hardly any macadamia nuts?? Makes me not want to come back :(
