The sign outside advertised some kind of deal like buy a box of 4 random donuts, so of course I came in to get it. The pistachio cream filled donut is a definite favorite : the filling is not too sweet and not too rich. Also serves decent coffee made to order. Carries cute merchandise as well (shirts, hoodies, mugs, bags). Kiosk for ordering, online orders too. Chocolate glazed and coconut glazed donuts are excellent.
Got the butter pistachio, crème brûlée, and chocolate fudge. GET THE BUTTER PISTACHIO!! Its was by far the best one. The crème brûlée was also good, but not sure it’s worth the price compared to other spots. The chocolate fudge was rather dry compared to how moist the other two were so wouldn’t recommend.

Great customer service, I called in to ask if they had a donut I wanted to try and they saved me the last one so I could purchase it when I got there. I really appreciate the gesture and will definitely be a returning customer, great business!

Go to another location if you can. I successfully placed a large online order for this location and once I got to the store at 4pm on a Sunday, it was closed. The online hours are inaccurate as it seems like this location closes as they please. If I didn’t reach out to customer support myself, no one would’ve reached out to cancel the order or offer a refund. Old Ferry should fix their online ordering system to at least prevent customers from ordering from closed locations. To top it off, their processing system is closed on weekends so anyone who has issues needs to wait until the weekday to get their refunds. This logistical situation can cause real headaches, and I would not recommend anyone come to this location.

Avoid this location. They have sporadic operations. They will often close their store unannounced even though it's within open hours. I placed an order online and when I came to pick it up it was closed. I had to jump through all these hoops to get a refund. If I didn't call them to refund me, they would have just kept my money

Boutique donuts! Pricy yes. But Very shareable size. Slightly bigger than most donuts but dough is dense and not just all puffed up. Itried the pistachio, peanut butter, glazed… all really well crafted. Great coffee too! One of my top donuts spot right now.

This place has good donuts. I appreciated that not only did they took care in the presentation and look of the donut but also in the quality and taste of the donut. I feel that donuts have gone through a revolution and a lot of places are taking advantage of that by hiking up the prices to ridiculous levels. Old Ferry is a good compromise to the over the top pricing in that they are reasonable. Yes pricey for donuts but still better than other places. The Butter Pistachio was good but a bit too sweet for me. I think I would have liked it without the filling. The Boston Cream on the other hand looked very rich but surprisingly was very well balanced and not too sweet. I liked this one a lot. I think the Tiramisu was my favorite out of the bunch but honestly all were good. Next time I'll try some of the fruit donuts. My go to donut place is still Randy's but I would come back to Old Ferry if I'm in the mood for some different and unique donuts at a fairly reasonable price.
