We haven't gone to P.F. Chang's in a long time. In fact, we thought they were going out of business. We found one in Cerritos and to our surprise the food was OK definitely not as good as it used to be. However, the prices were reasonable. The egg drop soup was perfect. The hot and sour soup was good and I liked the house noodles but they were very bland they paired well with the glazed shrimp. The service was good and the atmosphere was like it was in the days of old. It was a mid experience overall.

Food: Depends on what you get some of it was delicious and other was super salty (Nasty) White rice super dry and no taste seemed old... service was outstanding... atmosphere no comment.. group next to us where just cursing on every sentenced they used and family with kids all around the restaurant. I guess the restaurant couldn't tell them to keep it down or keep it pg rated.... so I wouldn't be back to this location.. I guess a bigger group brings more money than individual families..

He was very attentive and gave great recommendations on food, desserts, and drinks. His service is the type of service that makes you want to keep coming back to restaurants.

My son and I had dinner and took advantage of their dinner special. We both ordered the hot sour soup, but I found it to be too vinegary. I ordered the Kung Pao chicken which I felt had too much garlic. As an appetizer we ordered the springs rolls. I felt that the vegetables in them where chopped too thick and the dipping sauce had too much ginger. Overall. I have to say that I felt that the food was not the best and for the most part over seasoned. This is the second time I come here and I remember that the food was better. Maybe it's hit and miss with the Chef.

I want to say that Carmen that waited on myself and my daughter was pleasant and patient. These days customer service really have stalled and have been on a high low for many restaurants but it shows by leadership and her manager Mary that is just as dedicated and shows superior customer service.
