Gonzalo is unfortunately an ill-experienced manager. After paying for our meal with a credit/debit card, we asked a team member for change to break a $20 bill so that we could tip the restaurant. After waiting for 10 minutes for Gonzalo (the manager) to return from the restroom, to address our request; Gonzalo rudely stated that it was against company policy to make change. We asked to return/refund the transaction back to the card so that we could re-purchase the meal with cash instead. Without any respectful explanation, he again replied that that was against company policy. We asked if he could perform the request with respect to avoid a poor customer service experience, and he again stated that that would be against company policy. Critical thinking, good judgment, and courteous customer service were clearly not of any interest to Gonzalo. The other staff members, Nicholas and Cinthya remained professional, friendly, and warmly accommodating. We will not be returning to this location - after over a decade of patronage. Gonzalo could benefit from enhanced training.

Clean staff was nice food just sucks ! I haven’t had panda since I was in junior high I’m in my 30’s now and pregnant so I wanted panda .. when I say how dissatisfied I was is really an understatement.. noodles were soo dry no flavor rice was ok also no flavor, orange chicken was ok not too bad and broccoli and beef was more broccoli than beef …
Now I know why I stopped going I don’t know how there still in business TBH
Wow!!!! My husband and I had the best dine in experience today! The staff were friendly, proficient and very helpful.The food was nice and hot and very fresh.Mario assisted me with redeeming my rewards towards my order today. It has been awhile that they have great customer service.Thanks Mario... you have excellent customer service.

After long time I went to order noodles and Orange chicken for a party. Counter girl was very helpful, however, chowmein was very bland (not good at all). 2 party plates of chowmein, wasted. 1 party plate of orange chicken was Ok and then had to get pizza for the party. This facility's chowmein (party size) is not reliable for bulk order. Caution: taste your order first before ordering.

We got to go orders a few weeks ago. It was around 4pm on a Thursday. The parking surprisingly wasn't bad which is not normally the case at this location. Everything would've been fine if they had gotten my order correct and if the workers were nice. The ladies that helped me were less then friendly and just rushing everyone eventhough they weren't busy at the time. I had to wait an extra 8 minutes for Beijing Beef only for them to give me a chicken dish instead on error ?
