But kudos to this company for their donations of day old bread. I and others have benefitted from it. It makes wonderful bread pudding and stuffing!!

We ordered 2 VERY expensive turkey and Chicken sandwiches that HAD NO MEAT !! we called to be told that we needed to bring the sandwiches back to look at them?? Okay were no where near them. AT A CONCERT The manger Cat is asking this??? Wow!!! Your staff needs to be a bit more careful. We will be contacting corporate!!

Yes, I enjoy this Panera bread, it's big inside, the staff is very helpful, food and hot drinks are good too, So when you get a chance stop by to pick up your favorite Bakery items or Breakfast sandwich or Lunch 🤗

I stopped here with my uncle to have lunch. We ordered two pick-2 lunches. One was with the broccoli cheddar soup and the bbq chicken sandwich. The other was the creamy tomato soup and the strawberry and fruit salad, I added chicken and feta cheese also. I ordered chips as the side and a diet drink for my uncle.
We had to wait about 10 minutes for the two entrees to be fixed. They both tasted delicious. I also ordered to go, a cheese steak sandwich and chips for my husband. He also enjoyed his sandwich.
We will return in the future when we're in the area.
Horrendous experience. I had a coupon of a two dollars off in my Panera App. I decided to use it for a sandwich. The employee told me that my coupon was wasted and they couldn’t apply my two dollar coupon to my sandwich. So after I paid full price for the sandwich I come to find out that there is a hair on my sandwich will no longer be coming to this location. One star is applied to this review because zero stars is not an option.

Been going to Panera Bread Cerritos. The food is always great. However, there seems to always be some type of drama going on there. People will look at you as if you don't belong there. I pay it no mind, I'm always going to do me period! A new cashier calls me dear and told her to call me mister or sir, she continues to say dear, just rude. Hopefully, she won't make me pop off anytime soon. Other than that, it's all good.

At 8:30 I was not allowed to dine in there was several of Asian people inside I'm a African American young lady getting ready to order something but was told that I cannot use the bathroom I did not appreciate that I thought that was very racist did speak with the associate there but she hung up in my face after I left I did call them and let them know that I thought it was very racist but they had a whole tribe of Asian people there

This Panera Bread location is fantastic! The service was quick and friendly, and I really appreciated how attentive the staff was. I had the Toasted Frontega Chicken Sandwich with a cup of Tomato Basil Soup, and the flavors were incredible! The sandwich had the perfect smoky taste, and the soup was rich and hearty. The ambiance was peaceful and clean, with a warm, inviting design that made my visit even more enjoyable. It’s the perfect place to grab a meal, catch up with friends, or even get some work done. Highly recommend!
