Called asking for ‘The Take’ sandwich And the employees said they had every Ingredient for the sandwich and then after I come in and paid, they tell me that they don’t have every ingredient which was the Parmesan chips that was supposed to go inside of The sandwich. Manager did not offer any discount or any thing because of that missing ingredient only offered to make a different kind of sandwich, when the only sandwich i came here for was the Take sandwhich. Very disappointed!!!

I’m a regular to Panera Bread and I’ll find one whenever I’m not at my usual spot. I came to this location and had a customized sandwich however they missed the ingredients. Two days after I came again and explained to them, the manager took cared for me right away. Excellent services that made my day ? And the sandwiches are always so delicious.

This is a below average Panara Bread. The soup was decent, though the sourdough bread bowl lacked a sour taste. The hot water for the tea was not hot enough and the tea bags are kept behind the front counter (staff needs to help you). The bathroom was closed for cleaning the whole hour I was there. The staff member cleaning the bathrooms was going in and out between the kitchen, bathroom, and sitting area while also playing music on her phone.Overall, food was edible, tea was cold, and atmosphere was lacking. This location is fine if all you want is nourishment and caffeine, just get your order to go.

Came in on Saturday(11/4) 1 pm. There was a new worker being trained by seasoned workers. These young men were impressive! ( front counter)My first time in this location and they attended to another and me , with kindness and professionalism. I will go back here because the positive atmosphere among staff was welcoming. All the way to front at ordering to pick up: noticeably a good team of workers. This place can be missed tucked in the corner facing south street and I’m grateful to have come here. Good job you guys ! It made my day even better .The chicken green goddess sandwich was mushy shredded barely their chicken. I think you could go with chicken chunks grilled for a 15$ sandwich, however: the service made my experience very nice.So kick up that sandwich if you can& keep that good atmosphere you have going.
I finally caved in and joined the Unlimited Sips program only for them to move the charged lemonade drinks from being self serve to behind the counter just a few days later. This is absolutely horrible, what a terrible business decision. I will be canceling my membership, what a waste of time!

I visited Panera the evening of 10/21. My food was good as usual. Most importantly my service was amazing. I was assisted by a young lady named FLOWER. I had been having a rough day and her kindness while assisting me literally brought me to tears. She’s golden!
Their ice coffee has grounds in it. 2nd time this week, so it's not a fluke, that's how this location makes it. Not trying to chew my beverage.

CHEATERS ! They charged $15 for a Sandwich & there was nothing inside except 2 thin slices of tomatoes & Crumbs of chicken powder....Total Waste of Money .... specially the Cerritos Panera is Complete Garbage ....

What is the alarm constantly sounding? It wasn't especially loud.but I could hear it and it was unpleasant. My first and last visit to this location. Not a relaxing or enjoyable breakfast.
