The quality of the food has gone down significantly since the ownership has changed. The crab meat salad was too lumpy and tasted very low quality. I will find another place until this place improves its quality.

Disappointing. Rice was old and hard, spicy tuna is spicier then it needs to be that I could barely taste anything. Sauce is either not very flavorful as I could not taste anything or the spicy tuna burned off my taste buds. Dont get it twisted I am a fan of spicy food but this was just too much. I was so disappointed that I wasn't able to get through half the bowl. Positive note, the place has a nice and clean atmosphere but I wont be trying this place again.

I dropped by this evening after placing an online order. After arriving, I waited for a while but noticed my order sitting on the side and decided to just take it after seeing that the workers were clearly busy. The female employee working front glanced over, so I pointed at the order and asked if I could also get a sauce on the side. All she did was shoot me a long glare before returning to what she was doing. Thankfully a different employee noticed our interaction and went to grab what I asked for. The first employee hadn't said a word to me this whole time, but when I grabbed the order she immediately rushed towards me, asking to confirm that it was mine. After I did, she just turned her back on me without another word. Although the food itself was good, that interaction made the whole experience genuinely awful.

Went to mochi nut which is a couple stores down and spotted wow poke. Was every excited to try this place out with my wife and kids. We weren't greeted and one of the ladies was very rude and had a attitude like she hates her job. Very unprofessional. We will never return here. I regret choosing this spot instead of the korean chicken restaurant next door. They need to get rid of that lady because she is ruining it for the business.
Rude service!!! Apparently the daughter of the manager (Didi) or one of the employees the there. This young lady ( heavy set girl with glasses) was having an apparent bad day at work. Rolling eyes, yelling and tossing the items in my bow! I asked her what was wrong and to please relax. She took off her gloves and left my food for the next person to continue to serve my food. It’s such a shame. I really like this place and the employees especially the one who she mentioned was her mom who also works there. Unlike her, her mom shows poise and professionalism and is welcoming to customers. If she doesn’t like her job she should quit. People like good service and not get yelled at or be mistreated. This young lady needs training in customer service and professionalism.

This poke spot has so many topping options that are all including in the base price! The price is really great and the small bowl ends up being so much food. The fish and all the toppings taste fresh and everything mixes together amazingly! I recommend the spicy salmon!!
