I asked for fish taco especial with none of the sauces. The cooks put it in there. The receipt mentioned no sauces.

Don't come to this location unless you want cold tacos I made my order and waited about 30 minutes to receive my order . Keep in mind I said received, I actually observed them finish and plate my food only to have it sit there for about 10 min for the cashier to give me my cold tacos . This location seems severely under staffed and that's strange because it's right next to a movie theater. You would think they would have more staff .

You can't beat Tuesdays for movie night. The family headed out to the Regal Theater in Cerritos to see Godzilla Minus One (which was a pretty darn good movie in Japanese with subtitles) so we stopped in at Rubio's for taco Tuesday. Fish or steak tacos for under $3 followed by discounted tickets at Regal makes for a fun night on a budget. The tacos are a great value on Tuesday but I felt the fish tacos were the best bet. Steak tacos don't have much meat and were extremely messy. The fish tacos are where it's at. Ordering is pretty efficient and the line moves quickly. The only thing that I saw needing improvement was cleaning the tables. No one was working to tidy up the dining area so it's pretty much left to you to take care of.

The food is good but the service really sucks. I order three dishes and only one at a time came out. Too much talking between the cook(s) and cashier. Slow as molasses!

Stopped in at Rubio's at Cerrito's Town Center in late August and ordered as usual. Went over to the salsa bar to grab a couple of salsas but it was so dirty I decided to avoid the salsa. When my order was ready the bag handed to me had one taco in it and I asked if there was another bag and was told that was it. When I told them what I had ordered they asked for the receipt and I explained I wasn't given one when ordering. I declined to wait for them to redo the order and asked for a refund. When I checked my card statement I was originally charged over $16 and was refunded $11. While I feel I may have dodged a possible bad food experience based on the lack of cleanliness, being shorted on a refund is not okay.

This location always and I mean al ate disappoints. I went in last night and ordered three items. The bowl had rock hard rice and the chicken nachos hardly had any topping but an abundance of salt. The whole order was a total waste of my hard earned money. I'm sick of gambling here and always losing . Ill have to take my chances and drive to Downey or los alamitos because I know Rubio's makes good food. This location just doesn't meet the expectations I have that are met with other locations. Not sure if this time it was becaus it was 7 pm or what but it's always something.

The service is very bad here, because there is only one person taking orders, regardless of how long the line is. And there is one poor chef in the kitchen. The employee taking orders was super nice. She has to take orders then stop and pack the food to serve. Very unfair to them. They are severely understaffed. Will not come back here.

I ordered the California bowl. I usually enjoy however this time around the rice was old and because it was old rice I was chewing on some pieces of rice that where really hard. Think of rice that has been sitting outside for a day and dried up and got hard. Maybe next time it will hopefully be better.

Today is taco Tuesday and I ordered in my app. I ordered 10 fish tacos and I only received 6, I had tried to call so far 11 times no answer but one time some answered and slammed the phone after saying I got wrong number. How can I get a wrong number if I got it in the app and the google. I understand that your business but then don't have voicemail that customers cannot leave a message. Answer the phone when customers are calling. I live in Long Beach and I ordered in Cerritos Town center because I was in the area not knowing I get home and my tacos that I paid for was not the right amount. How would you guys handle this situation? Would you pay for my gas to get my money back? How come the people working for you are rude?

I placed an order on the mobile app and it told me it would be ready by a certain time. I arrived at that time and they told me it would be another 30-45 minutes because they were busy... Don't mind waiting but never heard of a fast food place making you wait an additional 30-45 minutes after you already placed an order 20 minutes ago. Lots of other people were waiting too. And no real apology for me, just "yeah, its going to be a while." Never again...

Worst food ever. I ordered avocado taco salad, it was the worst salad I ever ate. Very poor quality. It didn’t have any tortilla strips in it. I ordered Mexican bowl and asked for guacamole on side and they didn’t even give any sides. Bad customer service, bad quality of food, pathetic taste. I would never go again
