I had super low expectations going into it. I've had Sbarro food before and it is usually pretty mediocre. It's quick and cheap if you are trying to get going with some shopping etc. So, this place is convenient but the food is still pretty subpar. The pizza slices are decent and are probably your best bet. I got a cheese slice, and that wasn't too bad. The Mac and cheese was super runny. The sauce was really thin like watery. It doesn't have cheese or any thick creaminess to it. Some people like the runny cheese sauce though. The baked ziti isn't too bad actually. It had good flavor. Could use some more cheese. But that's pretty good. I also got a strawberry lemonade and that was delicious. It was so refreshing and sweet!

I don't know. how do they sell their pizza for the prices they offer, when the service or quality doesn't match the price. nobody likes cold pizza !

Don't ever eat here. I saw the manager--I think their name was Julio or whatever--take back a slice that a customer had taken a couple of bites out of and complained that it was too cold and put it back in the oven. I saw the guy standing there uncomfortable and could tell he wanted to say something, but I think he just threw his slice away right after. Yeah that's unsanitary.

So when you get them by slice and the put them in the oven I understand to heat them up and you get a nice hot slice of pizza but when you get them and they are colder than your soda then it just sucks , no points here they quick a little to quick . Slow down heat the food correctly

Update!!! July 4th. The people in charge at Sabarro dont mess around. I left a rather negative review about my last experience at Sabarro, who's Pizza by the way I love and have loved for along time, but the last visit did not go so well (read 1st coment down below) and a few days later I was contacted by, i am asumming headquarters, with an apology. Now to be honest even a simple apology was unexpected because most places don't respond to there negative reviews but not Sabarro. So they apologized for the negative experience and they sent me a comp meal ticket in the mail. Like the actual physical mail box. When they said they were going to send me something I just assumed it was via email but I got a personalized letter and everything. So thank you Sabarro for doing good work and for what ever it helps I have used my rating for you. I look forward to my next slice of pizza!!!Don't get me wrong I love to Sbarro Pizza but certain to Sbarro's ate better than others this place had a staff who did not know what they were doing when they give me my pizza I opened the box the front half of my slice was missing just gone two out of the three people behind the counter did not speak English and the one that did had a very heavy Chinese accent it was difficult to understand her. The two who did not speak English spoke only Spanish how they spoke with eachother I have no idea which might have been part of the problem. Pizza was cold to boot. It was in a mall with a lot of pretty people to look at thats why I gave it a 4 on atmosphere lol

I've come here since I was a kid and usually it's great. But, today is not that way.. just ordered today and the potatoes are burned rock hard and cold.. LITTERALLY inedible!! The pizza dough was RAW also inedible. Of course it was cold as well as it wasn't even cooked.. I don't know who was making the food there today but they need to be fired!! Spent almost 30 bucks to feed my family and it's all going in the trash!!! I'm contacting the corporate to try and get refunded.. I can't believe whoever is in charge there let this crap be sold!

Low quality fast food "Italian" cuisine. The pizza has a stale after taste. Never get the pasta, it's always watered down and tastes like it's been microwaved (not sure if it was, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was)
I love this pizza a lot, but today there's was a girl named Bianca who attended me, at the register. I told her if I can use my 2 coupons one or welcome and the other one of my birthday and she said no. I asked her why? Then she said no you have to use it next time I really wanted to use my 2 coupons this lady looks like she doesn't like to do her job she got a strong attitude. Sorry but I think Santa Ana sbarro is better.do not going back here!

If you want some of the best pizza and also great customer service this is the place. I have been eating from this place since it used to be in the Lakewood Mall. Great pizza and an amazing service!
